If you are a tea pot atheist what is the point of living? Is it just to feed a chemical reaction and is that enough?

I've been very curious for a long time: what are FEMALE suicide bombers offered?
Surely they aren't also offered 42 virgins? And if not, then what?
Serious and funny answers are welcome, but i'd really like to know the true answer.

I watched this film recently, in it there's a part where the people who've died have a choice to go back and be born again. If when we die such a choice exists, would you or not and why?

Instead of belonging to one specific group, do you fellowship with several Christian denominations?
If so, do you find it satisfying?
Can you gain more knowledge of the Bible, doing this, as opposed to attending one on a regular basis?
What are your feelings on this?

(PLEASE READ THROUGH)

Keep in mind...

All a christian has to do is truely believe that jesus was the son of god and its a "picnic in the clouds" for you with all your old friends and jesus, FOR ETERNITY!!! Sounds pretty rock & roll to me. (and please don't say that isn't all you have to do)

On the other hand...

An atheist believes that the truth is more important than promises of an eternal life. So important that we are putting ourselves at great peril if we are wrong. We don't have a god to lean on or ask for forgiveness. We make our own heaven or hell right here on earth. We fully admit that life would be easier, maybe even better, if we believed. But we don't.

OK. Who do you think is more brave? (be honest, god may be watching)...ps. i know im picking on christians. deal with it.

Like when people say "Heaven will be like nothing we've ever experienced!"

There seems to be a flaw with this. When a human experiences something they never have before, and it's extremely pleasurable, they indulge in it. If heaven is the truly great experience that it is, it seems like it would be the equal to someone who hasn't smoked in 30 years getting a sudden nicotine injection.

I'm an animal lover, I once had a discussion with a Christian friend of mine, went something like this:

-"What if I'm happiest when I'm with animals?"
"What about it?"
-"Well animals don't go to heaven right?"
"No."
-"Well what will be waiting for me in heaven then. It's in my personality that I love being around animals, they make me happy."
"In heaven you won't care about things like that"

wtf? So essentially you have to lose your sense of who you are when you're in heaven? This also goes along with the "what if my relatives are in hell, that won't make me happy in heaven" question.
Help me out

I feel so proud, it is not Y!A but another site.

"You know, it makes me feel good that even an idiot (yes, I said idiot, despite your previous pathetic complaints) like you is helping me. By responding to my comments, you give me a reason to respond to yours, and then increase my chances of being clicked on. And then, you go to my channel, and my videos, comment on it, then leave your e-print, and increase my hits, and my chances for being viewed by other people. Thank you, pathetic athieistic scum of the earth! You are with the kind of people that make me make more videos and become more popular than idiots like you, with your patheticly small athiest community, trying to combat the overwhelming power of the Christian community. You, with the only rocks to cling to are pathetic, undereducated fools like Brett Keane, thinking that they can disprove the Bible with a few pagan myths, and babbling stupidly into a camera, without a comic effect intended (but still existant). Humans beings are emotional creatures. Therefore, we take too many of our conclusions to extremes. Basing them on emotion instead of reason.
This is not the way of Creation. Which always brings things back into balance.
Humans themselves are the paradox. In that we are both a physical and spiritual being.
On the physical/over-emotional side. Ego becomes prideful, self-righteous, and hypocritical.
But the True emotional/spiritual side of Ego, is the desire for self-expression. Which gives rise to creativity and invention.

The sixth commandment denounces killing (without a cause)

How can someone go deer hunting and kill one, considering that the following expenses far outway the value of providing food for your family:

Purchase of gun(s),
license,
tags,
equipment,
hunting lease,
gasoline,
and lodging.

Only one, a drunkard, tried to convince me there was a God. IN GOD'S EYES, WHO WAS MORE RIGHTEOUS. Won't He say to those unfaithful servants:
"And cast ye the unprofitable servant into outer darkness: there shall be weeping and gnashing of teeth" (Matthew 25:30).

I think He meant what he says, and He says more on this in a latent Bible code: http://abiblecode.tripod.com

Why is it that you all claim to tell the future but your predictions is never 100% accurate , You always wrong about something, Does that no tell you something that only God knows our destiny.

I have asked many Phsycics , mediums, fortune tellers about my life just to see if they knew what they talking about & to be honest i have not met one that is accurate. Not one of them have proved me wrong. Why is that?
