Only one, a drunkard, tried to convince me there was a God. IN GOD'S EYES, WHO WAS MORE RIGHTEOUS. Won't He say to those unfaithful servants:
"And cast ye the unprofitable servant into outer darkness: there shall be weeping and gnashing of teeth" (Matthew 25:30).
I think He meant what he says, and He says more on this in a latent Bible code: http://abiblecode.tripod.com

Interesting responses! Many were positife. But didn't Jesus and His followers suffer martyrdom for sharing their faith despite laws to the contrary. They ran the risk of being offensive, and some were probably told they were troublemakers who didn't have the love of God." History repeats and "outer darkness" will be heavily occupied.

friend, I have been a Christian for over 37 yrs. In my early years as a Christian I thought I knew it all & I could change the world, But God taught me patiencts, Lonsuffering, I am not afraid to talk to anyone about what God has done. But the world does not want to know anything about God anymore, It is sad that what you said is very true, Many young Christians are afraid & they really don't know what to say when they are confronted, & also I have always said If I can not live it, I will never talk it. & that is what many of these people you have mention is that they can't live what they are trying to portray. Friend, After 37 yrs. I am still learning, But I do have 37 yrs. under the belt that God has taught me, & there is not one subject I am afraid to talk about, I will talk about anything from the prehistoric age to the eternal age & everything inbetween. Even before creation. & all I will say will take the scriptures in a way to make a picture so easy that many will say, that is so easy, why did I not see it before.

I agree with you. But consider this: nowadays, American Christians are fired or demoted if we witness at work. So we're damned if we do and damned if we don't.
EDIT: In response to your additional comments, may I remind you that a Christian's workplace is not the only place where we can share the Gospel? Technically, people outside your workplace should have witnessed to you, too. And, for the record, a refusal or reluctance to witness doesn't mean a person is unsaved and cast into the "outer darkness" as you wrote -- it means they're disobedient. These are two completely different concepts. A Christian should NEVER presumptuously condemn someone to Hell.

Think you are taking the Michael!
I would most certainly have told you of the wonderful creator God we have and what he has done by dying on that cross for you, and paying the price for sin that we should have paid.
All other religions demand sacrifice from their followers, but Jesus paid the price in full on Calvery.
That is a message NO ONE should miss.

Here is another powerful scripture.
Mt 10:33 But whosoever shall deny me before men, him will I also deny before my Father which is in heaven.
At least the drunkard knew his short fallings, and believes. I would question if the others really had a relationship with Jesus.

OK. I work in a company where it is written ON your contracts that you are forbidden to talk about religion. but i asked the Lord to give me an opportunity to tell the good news, and so far, a couple of situations have allowed me to evangelize to a 2 colleagues.
i think that if you have an intimate relationship with Jesus He will lead you. He might just want you to testify by your actions, or He may want you to pray for them. You can never know what your role is. so its important to be lead, He will give you wisdom.
and just by being there coworkers are being blessed by your presence, because you carry Him in you

Young man,
It is a shame that you didn't work with people at our Church. We spend time reading, studying, and learning what is in the Bible NOT what we can hope to uncover about it. BIBLE CODES are for unbelievers. GOD inspired the writings of the BIBLE so that all could read and understand them. HE did not hide their meanings within codes. I would be glad to assist in your studies at any time. Have a great day and a wonderful week.
Thanks,
Eds, Truly a Christian

We're also not supposed to judge. That's God's job.
And like Suz just said... we can hardly put up a cross anymore without the ACLU whining about it. The American Civil Liberties people seem to want to take away our liberties instead of letting us practice them. What's the deal with that?

If you back up a little in Matthew you find Jesus talking about another servant who covered his talent and his disobedience by criticizing rather than loving and respecting. Could that be you?

Did you see nothing in those 15 years that revealed Christ to you? And I don't need codes. The Bible has enough information in the unhidden text to last 100 lifetimes.

Yes, He will. I don't know where you're from, but I've heard of people actually being demoted or fired because of their beliefs in God. They just don't generate as much news interest or ratings in our society. Sad.
