I'm not really religious.. but They say that demons walk among us in human form. I don't believe God tries to control everything that goes on down here on earth. There's just TOO MUCH GOING ON!!! Think about it if you were supreme being and almighty god you'd be super busy...you couldn't be every where at once. Human's are responsible for their own actions and they should also face their own consequences. In conclusion I do believe there is a hire being other than ourselves, wether it be some sort of alien our a benevolent god.

I will start where God starts, the Bible begins with the words, "In the beginning God created the heaven and the earth." The scriptures tell us that God was, before everything else was created. This is an important point because all other false gods are the creation of man. But God is the only true God. He was the creator of all things and every thing was perfectly good, and man was in perfect fellowship with God.

“…and God saw that it was good.”
(Genesis 1:25b)

What happened next is the saddest chapter of all history. Mankind’s relationship with God was severed when man chose to follow the devil instead of his creator. When we fell, we lost communion with God and came under his wrath and curse. A plague of sin followed man in this world and with that death and decay.

Not so fast! now I know you've heard people say "If God is so loving and merciful, then why does He let all this bad stuff happen?" And even "Da devil made me do it" You get a Bible and read Genesis then YOU choose! As for Me, I trust Him I believe what is written. For me the Bible has the words of life that leads to eternal life In fact I will tell you to your face in spite of your contempt.

yeah. i work in a nursing home, and a lot of the residents say that god sent me there to look over them... not that i can do much, as this is a beaurocracy. but, being an atheist, it kinda offends me, some of the stuff they say. they seem to think that only a christian is capable of compassion, or of even giving a damn. i love a lot of these people, but SO many of them scare me that if they knew i was a bisexual atheist communist they might very well stand right up out of their geri-chairs and stab me with a hairpin. at least i'm not a yankees fan, otherwise i KNOW they would.

I believe in God because of the hard evidence he exists: in the order, beauty, complexity and harmony of nature and the universe, man's superior intelligence and moral conscience. Is it possible for all these to have happened by chance? Not a chance!
Albert Einstein wrote in his book "The World As I See It" that the harmony of natural law "Reveals an intelligence of such superiority that, compared with it, all the systematic thinking and acting of human beings is an utterly insignificant reflection."
He went on to write, "Everyone who is seriously involved in the pursuit of science becomes convinced that a spirit is manifest in the laws of the Universe--a spirit vastly superior to that of man, and one in the face of which we with our modest powers must feel humble."
A very significant statement, wouldn't you say?

But the most incontrovertible proof God exists is no other than Jesus Christ, the Word of God who became flesh and the REVEALER of God. Jesus was sent by his Father not only to redeem mankind. He was also sent to prove God exists. What human can …

Silence a typhoon?
Walk on water?
Multiply a few loaves of bread and fish in order to feed a multitude of 5,000?
Bring dead people back to life?
Give sight to people born blind?
Change water into wine?
Rise from the dead?

These miracles prove that God exists. They demonstrate Christ's power over life and death and the forces of nature. Only a person empowered by God can have such powers.

And if these miracles were just made up, Christianity would not have grown rapidly in the first century. His disciples would not have risked their lives for a bunch of lies. That is simply not human nature.
One thing and one thing only can explain it: These men had encountered the real, solid, bodily-resurrected Jesus Christ. Not a hallucination. Not mass hypnosis. Not looking in the wrong tomb or any other silly excuse. The flesh and blood risen Christ was seen by more than 500 people. (1 Corinthians 15,6). That's why the resurrection story could not be silenced.

May the Lord's peace be with you!

If one reads the bible with an open mind. The good guy is the one that murders relentlessly and the bad guy is the one that helped us gain knowledge of good and evil. Kind of backwards if one has a single iota of sense.

Yeah how many times as kids did we lie and say`It wasn`t me Mum it was him made me do it`
We still try to put the blame of our faults and failings anywhere else but where they truly belong.

Religion is something used by people in power to control the masses, open your eyes and see the world for what it really is.
