How does He know the future? If it cannot turn out any other way than what He knows, isn't that considered destiny?

we used to fornicate since i have accepted jesus christ as my lord and saviour we dont fornicate,people say i,m supposed to marry her,but we now just live together for money reasons am i sinning or in gods eyes since we dont do it anymore is that ok?

Is it nothing?

I hate nothing. I hate how it's always just not doing anything. I can't stand how it is so not like other things, I hate how it's always nothing. Why isn't it something? Stupid nothing. Never does anything to nobody. Why do I hate nothing?

We've all heard that God doesn't want to reveal himself because he doesn't want to mess with faith and free will.

But what reason does Satan have? Surely an appearance and display of power would persuade some people to worship him. He could pick a country where Christians have no power, take it over, rule and be worshipped, make war on others, sew destruction and mistrust and false beliefs.

So why hasn't Satan made an appearance?

When an athiest or someone doesn't believe what we believe, instead of answering with your own words and thoughts, you quote long lines of scripture? I have stated a verse now and then to get my point across, but never have I used mega scripture to get my point across. If I were an unbeliever that would be a huge turn off for me and I wouldn't take the time to read it (just being honest). My question is..........why do you choose that method of trying to getting your point across? I know it is God's word and that is the basis of our "religion" but don't you think a direct answer would be more appropriate to unbelievers if you want to answer? Shoving scripture down the throat of an unbeliever is a shur way of turning them off. That is referred to as "Bible Thumping". I just don't agree with your method - although I am sure your intentions are probably in the right place.

do taoists know that taoism is not about gods..........
if you all know, why do i always see my taoist friends bowing down to statues of angry gods? and also offering food to the god of the sky etc.

i know really good people that dont believe in god, even standing next to an orthodox christian, they can make a great comedy duo. But why would you be so closed minded and make yourself look bad? you know, you are 2-dimensional on the internet, people only see what you write.


and i also wonder, are there more non believers that believers in this category?

2. The song of the sea, especially after a storm
3. A 50's telecaster, neck-pickup, with just a little delay played crystal clean through an old Fender tube-amp.... ahh, like liquid glass!

PLEASE note that I'm not trying to be ignorant or get a rise out of people. I truly do want to know. It makes sense that any religious groups push their beliefs because they believe they are doing the will of a higher power. But with Atheists there is no higher power, so why spread the beliefs?

My only thought about it was that Atheists believe that their knowledge is part of the evolutionary process, thus advancing the human race and its level on the evolutionary chain.

Please let me know if this is accurate, and if not, what is?

I really want to transfer to BYU from a local community college in Maryland. I've been living in the US for 2 years. am 18 years old and I am in my 3rd semester and my major is Biochemistry (not 100% sure yet, I have other considerations), I am an LDS convert (2 months) and very active i church, I am not attending institute but I'll try my best to do it, what happens is that it is far from home and I don't drive. My GPA by now is 1.00 (by the time, I have only taken 2 credit classes and I am enrolled in 3 more this semester, the other classes have been like preparation clases because english is my 2nd language), i know, my GPA is too low but at the end of this semester it could increase to 2.00 or maybe higher. I am going to take summer classes and the fall semester at my community college, so the GPA could increase. I am planning to transfer for the Winter 2008. I am working harder in school because it is my priority right now to transfer there. Help please!!! what are my chances?

I was Wondering Just to let you know i am a christian but someome told me alot of the stuff the muslims read is simmilar to the christians i am wondering if they believe in the same god but call him a different name? sorry if i sound ignorant i seriously want to know the truth.and if not could someone tell me how the religion was started by who and what they believe in.

I'm not being facetious, so serious answers please. No haters of religion. Someone said its similar to pictures of your children in your wallet, but you dont pray in front of those pictures. You dont carry them throughout streets, you dont cry because you see them. The 10 Commandment say you musnt make and "image" of any kind, but constantly there are images of Christ on a cross and of the virgin Mary that people bow before or kiss. How are these things not against the 10 Commandments? Or the bowing to the Pope when as catholics you are not to bow to anyone but God and even Jesus himself would discourage the bowing and praise he recieved on earth from others. Why is bowing to the Pope allowed? Again, this is of curiosity, those who are here to simply degrade others belief please move on.

I know it sound weirds but it is true all angels are sons of God accordint to the bible in Job 1:6, 2:1 and 38:4-7) some of them became evils in Gardem of Edem there was a Cherub that became evil (Ezekiel 28:11) better know as Satan later some of them came to earth and had sexual intercourse with women (Genesis 6), the third part of them are Satan ´s follower and were cast out of heaven (Revelation 12:7)
