Dreams are just dreams. Although if this one leads you away from religion then it must be inspired by god and you should listen to it.

See the irony there? I kind of giggled thinking about it.

There are important ways to be able to interpret a dream:

First, pray for help.

Then write down your dream. Don't pick and choose your words, just write what comes to your mind first. Often the words you choose to describe your dream will have clues to the meaning.

Then look at the words that you have written. Our dreams often have "puns" in them. Like "get off my case" could have an image of someone standing on a suitcase or briefcase.

Write your feelings about everything in the dream, even insignificant things in the dream.

Notice if people and things are acting in a way that would not be typical of them, for instance, a tiger that came up to you and licked you and was not a threat at all. When there are people or things that are not acting the way they normally would, they represent something or someone else. For instance, the floor in the church you dreamed about was slanted.

I hope that this helps!

I really don't know what your dream means, and I want to know really bad. But what I do know is that everyone accesses God through Jesus Christ, and he alone is the way to have peace with God. If you have to go through confirmation, then go for the sake of your traditions, but know that your heart being turned to God is a better truth that you are one of God's people. The ceremony is just a ceremony. The heart that you entrust God with is what is more meaningful. Tell God now, that you trust him, and that Jesus rose from the dead, and that you claim the paymenty for sins that he provided for us, in Jesus name. Tell him before you go to confirmation. Okay? Tell him. I am wondering if what sacred you wasn't a thing that might happen before you get thee. Tell God about it all if you haven't already. Trust him to save you, tell him.

If two different people gave you the same answer without talking to each other first, that is called confirmation. i do not know their answers but chances are good that "it's" true.

As for your dream, I will not even venture a guess. Good luck with it though.

Water is emotion and slanted floors are unsure footing. You have mixed feelings about returning to the Catholic Church because you worry about the effect it will have on your relationship with the parents...

Yes, that is confirmation unless they both were wrong

I would mediate very deep on it and pray and ask God to reveal it to you

I did that and he started to reveal dreams to me and has guided me with dreams for many years

I think it is possible.
Dreams are complex and deep.
They speak to us in riddles.
I have fun trying to decipher my dreams.
