people say unborn babies are not humans, but there is no proof of that claim. So since from all accounts of human conception, humans have been produced, and there is no proof the the unborn are not human. Though some of you will go into the whole "what is human" debate. I will say this to that. Ape have ape babies, and the babies inside them were ape all along. Humans are no different.

Definition of murder:

Abortion = Murder?

Or at least those abortions that dont involve mother's being held at gunpoint by their unborn babies. lol

9/11 was a huge spiritual flashpoint in America. I'm simply curious how many people here went to, changed, or possibly abandoned their beliefs following that event.

is there ever any circumstance where abortion should be allowed, or should it be completely outlawed? if a woman is raped and becomes becomes pregnant does she have the right to choose? certainly, by your logic the life inside of her is still a life and thus doesn't deserve to be killed. what if a woman is carrying a fetus, and it physically becomes a threat to the woman's life to continue the carrying the fetus? or what if there's a high probability that both the mother and the fetus will die before birth if the pregnancy isn't terminated? do you still continue with the pregnancy? we don't know that they will die, but it is more likely that they will both die than live. what then? if you said abortion was ok in any of these situations, then you're pro-choice as well.

When you guess it, you will know for sure. When you test it, you will make other people happy.

If the Roman Catholic Church invented Indulgences to remove the punishment from sin (and collect monies), how can a mere human man on this earth remove the punishment from sin by allowing one to do good works when God, at His appointed time will ultimately be Judge and Jury over that person?

Did God ask man to invent a way to pay retribution? If so, where is it in the Bible?

I know that if we do something wrong we are to truly repent and confess our sins and God will forgive us. Total forgiveness is as if the event never happened, erased, gone. So why do you have to pay retribution through good works? I don't get it.

Or are the chances next to ZERO???

I imagine that more than a few amputees who also happen to believe in God have prayed hard, fervently and faithfully enough for their amputated limbs to grow back, and I'm pretty sure that HAS NEVER HAPPENED.

Why is that?

Note: If you post copy/paste SPAM, especially from your lame religious pamphlets, I'll command the demons to cancel your accounts..........

The Supreme Court did something right for a change.....

A 5-4 win in favor of upholding the ban on partial-birth abortion.

This really peeves me. No method of contraception is 100% effective - don't tell me "abstinence," I'm talking about grown up people in the real world. Condoms break - that's what happened to me.

Unfortunately suing the manufacturer wouldn't solve the problem now would it?

As a Jehovah's Witness, I go door to door, trying to help those who have no hope for the future. Showing these from the bible why they can have hope for a better tomorrow.
I find though that a lot of people are home but refuse to come to the door. The front door sometimes will be wide open and I can see shadows of people but no one answers. Why is this the case? Why are people so adverse to speaking with us? Sometimes when people come to the door we have a very nice conversation- sometimes it turn out to be just a conversation about likes/dislikes. Do we scare you?

I have done evertything that the christians said. I've said my prayers, repented, accepted Jesus as my saviour and a lot more besides. Still I feel empty inside and totally alone even though I live with my mum and dad. Its as if there is a great gulf between me and God like when Lazurus was in hell and he wasnt allowed to cross the gulf to Abraham if you catch my drift. I must be doing something wrong. Its as if all the christians have their perfect world and I'm just out here in the void, sufferring in misery. I really hope some wise ones can help. Even the agnostics seem to be much happier than me - they seem to be well clued in!!dear dear

If God knew what he were doing, he would have made the genders compatible in the area of sex, intimacy, etc. The way he actually made them, normal sexual impulses in men (sexual interest in numerous women based on physical attractiveness) are considered disgusting by most women. Also, why would God make certain people genetically programmed to be homosexual and then condemn them to eternal torture for being what He made them?

This is the fundamental racist belief which makes co-existance so difficult. Even if God where to give the whole world to the Ishmaelites as an inheritance, the Israelites would not accept it and would work day and night to take it away believing that they are the chosen and promised descendant.....
