Here's a good way to prove that God answers the prayers of His saints. Make a prayer list, and record your specific prayer requests. Pray for others more than yourself. On that list, leave a space to write down the specific answers. You will be amazed as you watch Him prove Himself faithful.

Psa 34:15 The eyes of the LORD are upon the righteous, and his ears are open unto their cry.

1Pe 3:12 For the eyes of the Lord are over the righteous, and his ears are open unto their prayers: but the face of the Lord is against them that do evil.

I think i would do some repenting for chaseing wicca. Then Father's ears are then open to your prayers.

Deu 11:26 Behold, I set before you this day a blessing and a curse;

Deu 11:27 A blessing, if ye obey the commandments of the LORD your God, which I command you this day:

Deu 11:28 And a curse, if ye will not obey the commandments of the LORD your God, but turn aside out of the way which I command you this day, to go after other gods, which ye have not known.

The bible says that you have to Really and Deeply do things because if you actually thought about what you were doing then you would probably not go to church. If the bible was really the correct answer then they would not mind you looking at other things because you would realize what the truth is. But since the bible is a fantasy, much like the other fantasies you are reading you can get easily pulled in many directions. One of the popes, who re-wrote the bible you are talking about, had sex with his mother, had sex with many misstresses and had sex with his daughter from one of his mistresses. Is this who you want to follow. While you are on the internet look up Pope Sixtus the 6th, Pope alexander, Pope Gregory the Great and see what they did and had to say. Then take a long look at your bible and think about - exactly what your preacher does not want you to do.

God knows that faith that cannot be tested cannot be trusted.
I am a fifty seven year old grandma who has been a Christian for most of her life. Oh, yes, Hun, I have experienced those times when it felt like my prayers were "bouncing off the ceiling"...but God has always found a way to let me know that He is there, and He loves me. Even when he had to send another Christian to tell me, because I didn't want to llisten to Him, He got the message across.
Believe me, He is listening. And He knows every single thought of your heart. He understands your confusion, and wants you to know that He is working it all out.
Trust Him, Hun.
