for Jesus to have had his arms spread out on the cross.
His body weight would have ripped him right off.
After all, he was only hanging by nails in his hands.
His head, upper body, torso and legs were UNattached.
That's alot of weight for 2 little nails in the hands to hold up.

You've heard that the book contains all the solutions to all the problems in the world, but not actual solutions to actual problems, just anecdotes which help one work through general ones and relate to others. You know that the book was not written in your native tongue, with all its associated idiom and idiosyncrasies, but rather has been translated and handed down by many long-dead people over many centuries.

The person who is handing you the book tells you that God wrote the book, and that you must embrace it at face value and live by it.

It was very short actually, but hilarious.

It was part of a program at the local church where everyone in the neighborhood gets together and goes through the motions.

When it was Angie's turn, I just couldn't help but start laughing. I got some dirty looks, but I was able to get a couple of younger kids to join me in mocking her.

This baby cannot breathe, think, feed, move.......pretty much like a COMATOSE person.......

Perhaps this baby is in the womb of a Darfur starving 13-year-old.....

Perhaps its in the womb of a wealthy 37-year-older who just got pregnant after several attempts, and ergo she's thankful and happy.......

These two settings will determine the baby's life.......this baby may come to life only to starve and die after 8 months, or it will grow to be a happy wealthy kid.

Christians say God has a plan for the baby either way......

I say, if God means for the baby to suffer and die a horrible death by starvation and disease.......where is the humane factor left? It doesn't count?

So, in effect, IV fertilization involves killing several embryos to create one baby.

The bible books were put together by a rabble of christian and jewish religious men, who decided which books were written by people with the guidance of God, and the books which were not and discarded from the bible.

How did they decide this?
Did Revelations slip past them?
And why did they let the boring Psalms get in?
