If God knew what he were doing, he would have made the genders compatible in the area of sex, intimacy, etc. The way he actually made them, normal sexual impulses in men (sexual interest in numerous women based on physical attractiveness) are considered disgusting by most women. Also, why would God make certain people genetically programmed to be homosexual and then condemn them to eternal torture for being what He made them?

I don't find the sexual impulses of most men disgusting in the very least. Maybe you're just sexually repressed, however it doesn't make any sense at all to create a homosexual and then condemn him to hell for being a homosexual.

Interesting question. I have a slightly different take on this.
We, as humans, are still animals, mammals specifically, and most animals have the urge to reproduce but many don't have the need to stay together all the time (though some do form life-time bonds). Many humans are like that too.
God (I don't believe in the Biblical God)
has nothing to do with it. It is simply human nature.
As far as homosexuals go, God also has nothing to do with that. It is a genetic pre-disposition, and I believe (to Gay people: please don't be made at me I don't mean this as an insult)
that homosexuality is nature's way of controlling the population. It is natural, it is normal, and it isn't God who condemns them to eternal torture, it is small minded, bigoted people who feel that they should be.

So Ur boyfriend dumped U or did something "stupid" in Ur opinion??? So once again God is wrong & we're not??? God as I recall in Scripture only made A & E in the Garden, not the rest of us! And it seems to me that E was the one who "strayed" was it not? And then wanted A to be part of the transgression so she seduced him to eat the fruit, do I have that right??? I also thought that in creating woman God took her right from the side of man using the same material as A so that compatability wasn't an issue, yeah, thats it right! But then as the story goes, first E then A rebel against God in arrogance & commit sin which God made genetically indwell in A who has passed it down to us as Original Sin. So U want to blame God for mans screw ups including the Chosen Life Style of the Homosexual & Ur problems with Ur man??? Hey, I see Ur point, the God who created the entire Universe out of nothing Really messed this one up didn't He!!! John

He did not make them incompatible, just different. One of the Christian tenants is that the difference in a man and a woman are designed to compliment and bring out the best in each other. For example, the woman's need for affection before sex is designed to help develop feelings and sensitivities not normally developed by males. They are designed to be the aggressors, while women are desgined to be the responders most of the time. (Neither is better then the other - just different).

God speaks of the woman as being a "helpmeet" for the man. She helps to meet his needs so that he grows to where he can help meet her needs. They compliment and encourage each other. It is only in such a unite of "opposites" that a person fully develops.

God did NOT make men to have "sexual interest in numberous women based on physcial attractiveness". If you read what God says at the creation, he says "a man is to leave his father and mother and cling to his wife, and the two shall be one flesh". The looking at other women is the result of "sin", not of God, and strongly condemned in the scriptures.

Sexual sins extend into other areas also, such as pedophiles, who are "born that way". Again it is not God who made them like that. It is sin. The same with homosexuality and other sexual sins.

Well, if men weren't interested in women, that would be pretty bad. Not every man looks at a woman and undresses her with his eyes, flirts or what not. Not every woman sleeps around and uses her femininity to break up relationships. It think it's perfect the way it is.
As for homosexuality. We all have something that we need to deal with. May that be a disability, homosexuality, illnesses and so on. It boils down to that we are all sinners and we have to make choices pleasing to God. God doesn't condemn the homosexual person. He loves us all equally. He does condemn that lifestyle, however, just as he condemns fornication, adultery, murder, drunkenness ........ In everything He yearns for us to seek Him so that He can lead us and grow and mature and be loving human beings.

God did make men and women fundamentally compatible. But you seem to assume that you should be compatible with everybody of the opposite sex. Sexual intimacy was meant to be enjoyed within the confines of marriage - a life-long contract where you spend your life with someone compatible for you.

First, it has not been proven that homosexuality is biological. Second, God does not condemn homosexuals for being homosexual, they condemn themselves for their sins (homosexual acts being only one of a multitude).

In the begininning when the Lord created man and woman all was perfect. Adam and Eve found delight in each other and they were not embarrassed of their nakedness. After they sinned by eating of the forbidden fruit their lives were drastically changed. They were embarrassed to be naked with one another and ashamed. What was once beautiful and perfect was now damaged, painful and burdensome. I believe that this is where the problem of the genders began. God said that the woman's inclination would be for her husband (i.e. sex appeal) and that the man's inclination would be to rule (boss around, dominate) his wife. This makes for intimacy problems in marraige. The woman wants things her way and the man his. God knew what he was doing, but man didn't care. And for the most part, mankind still doesn't care. We all have urges and impulses that are not what God created us to have, but are the result of original sin. God created them male and female and called it good. Anything that varies from God's original plan is not God's original plan and isn't "good". But remember please that it wasn't God's original plan for man kind to be in a dominate/submissive state either. It was his original plan that man and woman would be partners, helping one another out in the task of caring for the earth. No dominance. No manipulation. I would encourage you to read the creation account in the Bible. You will find it in Genesis, which is the first book of the Bible. Start with chapter 1. Get back with me if you wish to discuss this topic further. God bless you.

God gave up all free will, and He won't take it back. God made men and women the way that we are to give us an opportunity to grow together as one. It is pride that says we are different. How far a person is willing to go to become compatible is up to them. How much work are you willing to do to make this happen, is up to you.

I have never found that to be the case. Incompatibility, in my experience, is a result of one or both people being so self-absorbed and insensitive to their partners needs that communication, and with it trust and sexual interest, wither away. For the record, also in my experience, women can be just as guilty of this as men, if not more so.

Men are naturally polyamorous, yes. But women aren't naturally disgusted by that. Monogamy is a social construct.
Of course the bible does preach monogamy, so it certainly wouldn't make sense for God to create men as polyamorous. It would make sense from an evolutionary perspective.
