EVER HAVE THIS KIND OF ENCOUNTER ? Theres a jogging path in our area I was on tonite. While running I suddenly felt a very evil presence come all around me and in the spirit realm I heard voices like a crowd trying to frighten me. I prayed and felt this pour out of me. I said, " Jesus, I love you...blessed Lover " and laughter poured from my inner being. I felt so in love with Him and He made all these Beings scurry away as i said it. Peace flooded over my mind again. What do you think about this ?

Got your attention? Wouldn't be easy to say God has spoken to me and gather a group of writers and have everything written down in verse , borrowing from the Bible, adjusting it to the times , I guess you would call that a false Prophet? Sadly this has already been done after the time of Jesus. Who did this?

I'm wondering... I'm a person that is successful and doesn't really care what anyone thinks of me. Other people don't enter my mind too much.
If god is a almighty being, why does he not share the same views as me? Why would he care what humans think, we are worthless and meaningless? Surely we are are of very little significance to god, similar to human's significance placed on ants?
It makes absolutely no sense that god would sit around all day watching what everyone does unless he does that to laugh at moronic human behaviour?

So let me correct that. I would like evidence supporting the underlying statement of evolution. Evolution demands that one species becomes another. I want proof demonstrating THAT statement. Nothing about genetic variations, that does not prove evolution. It is more then obvious that there is more then one kind of dog. Don't give me facts showing that. I want proof of one animal BECOMING another, or giving birth to another completely DIFFERENT animal. Is that direct enough?

Why is it that everyone is asking questions about God like some one actually has the right true answer??? No one really knows anything for sure, and yes ofcourse there is faith, but faith isnt something that you have to ask someone, thats why its faith, I was raised as a catholic since a little girl, which I dont follow anymore, no one took the time to ask me,,, well what do you think? How do you feel inside? What do you believe? Theres nothing wrong with learning about all the religious beliefs, there interesting and you can learn alot from them, but I dont understand how some people can say there way is right and another way is wrong. And i know people asking questions on here are just trying to learn, But they ask like someone is really going to give them the rigth answer. I would rather see the questions where people are sharing there opinions on there beliefs.Point being, Why not look within yourself for the answer?

I like my youth pastor, but he was saying the other day that with the exception of Ghandi, all the prominent people who have worked for peace like Mother Theresa and Martin Luther King Jr. were Christian. Do you think that's basically true, or is he just a Jesus freak?

How do you feel about change and imperminance in your lives and in the world around you? Do you view change as being a fundamentally good thing or a bad thing? If you think it is good, then how can I learn to accept change and see it as a good thing? Why must change be the only perminant thing in the world? How do you Buddhists feel about this subject? As Buddhists, what do you think about the idea of an eternal unchanging God or the idea of absolute truth?

In the situation that a nonbeliever or atheist holds a protest against a faith healer that encourages the throwing away of necessary medication that applies a scientifically proven method of healing and life promotion, then why does the atheist get threatened with violence by the supporters of the Christian faith healer?

An example of this can be found in books by David Mills and Richard Dawkins.

I will start by saying I hold no religion. I'm not christian, morman, budist, hindu, nothing at all. but I believe in a "God" so to speak. I've heard many atheists say no smart logical person would believe in a God or supernatrual beings. but many scientists belive in God. I will only use this one though Einstein. they say he used a higher percent of his brain and that he may be one of the, argueably, smartest people ever to live. I am not doing this to insult your ideologies in any way. I just wanted to know your thoughts on this matter.
