I cannot generalize about atheists. I'll tell you why. It is possible that the god they reject is not the true God. They could be following the true God without recognizing him as such. I base this on Matthew 25: 31-46. Jesus said that if people do good to others in need, they are doing good to Him. This is true even if they do not know it. So it is possible this passage could be referring to some atheists that God will let into heaven.
If you look up the passage, I should add that the words " eternal" and "everlasting" are Mistranslations. Hell is not actually forever but temporary. So even if some do have to be purged in the lake of fire, they will eventually come out of there and be with God.
I believe the Bible teaches that all humans will eventually be saved.

in case you pass your complete life and reject that salvation that God provides you with via trusting that the Lord Jesus lived a sin unfastened life and gave that life up on a pass to pay on your sins then "specific, i've got faith that when you pass away this earth you will pass to Hell and which you deserve regardless of punishment God can provide." i don't understand you, yet i understand which you have broken God's regulations. If not the rest, you have broken what the Lord Jesus reported grew to become into the terrific commandment. and because you're a less than excellent individual, you have positively broken the 2nd superb commandment as nicely. Matthew 22:35 Then certainly one of them, a attorney, asked Him a query, sorting out Him, and asserting, 36 "instructor, that's the great commandment in the regulation?" 37 Jesus reported to him, 'YOU SHALL LOVE THE LORD YOUR GOD WITH all your heart, WITH all your SOUL, AND WITH all your recommendations.' 38 that's the 1st and great commandment. 39 And the 2nd is like it: 'YOU SHALL LOVE YOUR NEIGHBOR AS your self.' consequently, purely like all different regulation breaker, you need to pay the penalty for breaking the regulation.

Atheists, such as myself, do not BELIEVE in god. we don t REJECT god personally. I think that if god sends atheists to hell, just for not believing in him, then he is insecure, insensitive, and self-centered. That s all. Plus, this god also provides absolutely zero evidence for himself. it s like he s begging us to not believe in him so that he can torture us. Plus, god is supposed to be all-loving, right? how in ANY way if hell all-loving? No finite crime is worth infinite punishment.
By the way, how do christians know they aren t going to hell? What if they ve chosen the wrong god? what if Allah or Vishnu is the true god? the bible claims that all who place other gods before the christian god go to hell. Therefore, if christianity is right, 6,000,000,000 people who are alive right now are going to hell.
Think about that.

by definition, yes. In response to some answers... do you think it selfish to want your children to love you? God does not want anyone of His children to perish. Unfortunately He must be just. If anyone breaks the law, he must face the punishment. However, Jesus came and died so that no one would have to go through that punishment, just as long as they believe that He died for them. That's it. It's a free gift to those who would just believe. If you think hell is a party... have you ever touched a flame, or gotten close? Yeah think about it.

Atheists do not reject God. They do not believe in him. Two different things. Hell doesn't exist. So I am not going there. Most likely I will just rot away in my coffin until the bugs get to me. They will then be eaten by animals, who will be eaten by humans, who will then die and rot away. Circle of life.

John 3:16 fOR GOD SO LOVED THE WORLD THAT HE GAVE HIS ONLY BEGOTTEN SOME. WHOSOEVER BELIEVETH IN HIM SHOULD NOT PERISH BUT HAVE EVERLASTING LIFE.
so if you;re an athiest i would have to say NO! but God always open the door if you would ask repentence from him and believe that Christ, his son is the only Lord of all

It seems so...here's a couple of verses from the English translation of the Holy Qur'an:
Chapter 38, verses 27 & 28:
27. Not without purpose did We create heaven and earth and all between! That were the thought of Unbelievers! But woe to the Unbelievers because of the Fire (of Hell)!
28. Shall We treat those who believe and work deeds of righteousness, the same as those who do mischief on earth? Shall We treat those who guard against evil, the same as those who turn aside from the right?
