A lemonade bottle prevents contact between lemonade and air. A condom prevents sexual contact between partners.

Is it fornication if a condom is used?

Here is your real answer:

In Luke 23:42 Jesus assures the thief "verily i say unto you, today you will with me in paradise...

Three ( 3 ) days later Jesus arises- and Mary is about to hug him.. but he warns in John 20:17..." Dont touch me for i have yet ( have not yet ) gone to heaven..

OK so he tells the theif we're going today!
but 3 days later he tells Mary " i aint been there yet ?

Was it a lie to mary or the thief ?

THE TRUE ANSWER IS:
IN Punctuation...remember, the Bible was translated by King James. GOD gave the word...to prophets.. King James inserted punctuation ( commas' periods" etc )

So instead of " verily i say to you., today you will be with me in paradise, { as in -today.-well go there }
the scripture punctuation should be:
-
:verily i say unto you today, you will be with me in paradise:
{ as in -today im talking- as we speak now, you'll eventually be there with me |

He didn't lie to Mary or the Thief .

Any Different take on it ?

If my daughter wore a "Be Happy! Not Christian!" t-shirt to school, would the administration be justified in asking her to remove it, calling it hate speech?

By demanding empirical evidence!

I would suggest that the "special talent" is one that can only be proven using correct labortory conditions,

candles, lighting and music, maybe a mirror on the wall, jacuzzi,

given these proper conditions for the expiriment to be repeated again and again,

and hopefully, again,

oh never mind,

flirt much?

Leviticus 20:9 Says: "If anyone curses his father or mother, he must be put to death. He has cursed his father or his mother, and his blood will be on his own head.

Clearly Jesus does not set this command aside:

Matthew 15:4-7 For God said, 'Honor your father and mother' and 'Anyone who curses his father or mother must be put to death.'5 ' But you say that if a man says to his father or mother, 'Whatever help you might otherwise have received from me is a gift devoted to God,' 6 he is not to 'honor his father' with it. Thus you nullify the word of God for the sake of your tradition. 7 You hypocrites! Isaiah was right when he prophesied about you:

Yet Christians never seem to obey God's command to kill rebellious kids. Christians apparently set their own moral judgment above the word of God and Jesus that many insist is infallible and inerrant and carries a moral imperative for all to obey. They do this on many issues but seem not to notice when they do this. Why?

No reference to religion. Therefore, morals may be influenced by religious beliefs, but they are not the same as religioys beliefs.

Explain to me then, Christians, why you seem to still believe that you can't have moral structure without first completely giving your mind over to the church? If anything, we have MORE moral structure, because we can use our own minds to decide, not go with everything the church says. Explain this...

I just posted about the earth dividing which is scientific and the bible talking about it in Genesis 10:25 "And unto Eber were born two sons: the name of one was Peleg; for in his days was the earth divided" http://www.pbs.org/wgbh/aso/tryit/tectonics/intro.html

This was during the era of Babel when God confused the people with language and scatttered them all over earth. Then the earth divided according to the bible.

All the atheist here just seemed to not pay any attention to the bible accuracy and the evidence and mocked the bible. We live in an age where people mock and make fun of God's word much like in Noah's age before the flood.

Do we have any real effect on the eventual outcome of our lives or are we all cogs in a great cosmic clock, are our destiny's pre-scribed in the soul of all time, would someone else's life whom we have influenced still reach the same conclusion, coincidence or were we there for a reason, or are we no different from the birds and bees?

He was instructed to gather a male and female of each animal and put them in the Ark. After the flood they landed somewhere right, so why is it that you can only find certain animals in certain places then. If they had landed in what is now let's say America, shouldn't all the Animals that exist in the world be native to this continent, then how is it that Kangaroos can only be found in Australia or Pengins in the Artic, did Kangaroos swim all the way to Australia after the Flood?

An Indian Evangelist presented a benefactor family of his prayers on the T V screen in his home production. He monitors the conversation with nodding gestures and promptings for the viewers to learn that the couple of jet- black complexion had no issues for several years and through his prayers the woman conceived and a child was born. The presented child was highly fair complexioned – in local term ‘white’. Is this possible genetically? Can this happen through divine intervention? The related context is that we read in News papers of Hindu statues drinking milk and Christian statues shedding tears – all period bound! Are we a nation of faith healers and faith gulpers?

Many years ago a learned man, a member of the Roman Catholic Church, came to Utah and spoke from the stand of the Salt Lake Tabernacle.

One day he said to me: "You Mormons are all ignoramuses. You don't even know the strength of your own position. It is so strong that there is only one other tenable in the whole Christian world, and that is the position of the Catholic Church.

The issue is between Catholicism and Mormonism. If we are right, you are wrong; if you are right, we are wrong; and that's all there is to it. The Protestants haven't a leg to stand on. For, if we are wrong, they are wrong with us, since they were a part of us and went out from us; while if we are right, they are apostates whom we cut off long ago. If we have the apostolic succession from St. Peter, as we claim, there is no need of Joseph Smith and Mormonism; but if we have not that succession, then such a man as Joseph Smith was necessary, and Mormonism's attitude is the only consistent one. It is either the perpetuation of the gospel from ancient times, or the restoration of the gospel in latter days."

According to an article many Conservative Christians engage in this ceremony where the daughter takes a vow of chastity and the father takes a vow of being faithful to his wife and restraining from the evils, such as porn as respect for her daughters promise of no sex till marriage. Quite a ceremony is it not, the name though sounds sexual in a way "Purity Balls". It was estimated taht about 1400 in 2006 participated and they are expecting that number to double this year, now as to how many kept their vows, who knows. We can assume that the maybe it's like marriage and not a lot of folks keep their vows.
