Wow. I never thought anything would get me to pray, but this might be it.

if you sincerely pray to biblical/quran god you are in fact only adding your energy to the very religion you want to get rid of. if you want to live in peace then just do it. you don't need to pray for something so easy to reach. as far as everone else is concerned peace is a choice they have to make for themselves.

That wouldn't work, as wars are fought over more than that as are arguements which escalate. Folks find ways to clasify us there for give us differences... The idea was presented in Bullworth to a large audience. Destroy what is between us to bring us together.

Your definition of "peace" seems to be "lack of conflict". That's not the same definition that God would give. His would be "reconciled with God".
To be reconciled with God, one must accept Christ. Since not all people will do this, this world will always have conflict. But many people will end up with peace. I hope you're one.

Good question.
As a Christian who tries to LIVE my belief rather than shove it down someone's throat, I see a big difference between living a spiritually rich, moral live and a religious life. One has to do with the heart, soul and mind and the other is ritual and judgement.

Yeah, that's why there is violence because of religion, it couldn't be conflict over land, totalitarian regimes, or racial bias... lets just blame it all on religion. How naive are you?
