Administration would be justified in asking her to remove it if it caused an undue amount of trouble. School is not a public forum for grandstanding any kind of propaganda. Unfortunately some people insist on making it so and it is ALL the students who suffer from this, which makes it very self-centered to do so. The best thing to do would be for everyone to not make an issue of religion, but that's not very likely. Perhaps the rules should prohibit anyone making an ISSUE out of religion, rather than address religion directly. I think that is achievable.

In a public school setting the administrator would probably have the right IF there are rules in place covering controversial or provocative dress. I've read of some Jr High and High Schools that do not allow ANY printed T-Shirts (no matter of the wording) to be worn on school premises.

I dont think so. I've seen kids in schools wearing anti-satan shirts, so you could probably justify it. I would check your daughters school dress code first though, just to see if it would be against their rules.
And if they give you a hard time, call the ACLU, I'm sure theyll be more than happy to help out.
But is this her idea, or yours? I'm behind you both all the way if this is her idea, but if youre pushin your beliefs on her, I disagree. But the way it sounds to me, it sounds like shes for it, so check the dress code, and figure it from there.
Good luck

Technically, yes... But everyone hates the school system/administration. Yet we can't do anything. We can go with a protest and sing "We're Not Gonna Take It" by Twisted Sister. But that's not going to do much.
My school has uniforms, so I can't do anything. I could protest uniforms, but they'll say, "You're suspended!" And I'll say, "No way!" Anyway, back to topic...
I don't care about students showing their religion in school. I care if they try to force it on me or if they try to bring it into our curriculum.

No... it's not advocating any kind of behavior that would be harmful to a Christian, nobody beats the phooey out of people for being Christian, not in America at least... not yet.

probably depends on the school district, it would defienetly make my kids get in trouble.
Question...Is this your idea or hers?
If it's hers, let her 'express' herself and learn the lesson of moderation and consideration. School is more of a place of say---learning, rather than rebellion and trouble making. then she can suffer the consequences since it was her choice.
If it's your choice, shame on you! I really don't like it when parents push their politics and desires on their innocent children. Just paint a target on her, forget the tshirt!

I've seen kids wear shirts that are anti-Satanic, and no one seems to mind. I suppose, if she really wanted to take a stand, she could wear it, and damn the consequenses. But there might be a fight involved.

Yes. School should be about learning, not about religious debate. By the same token I don't feel children should be wearing crosses or other religious crap to school. It's just not appropriate.
