Most Christian responses are BS, saying we have "free will." Yet if God can see all, he already knows what we will do with our free will, thus defeating the purpose of free will. Just like Alexander the Great had the free will to not conquer persia, but he did, AND WE ALL KNOW IT because it has already happened. To an all-seeing God, everything has already happened.

So free will and an all-seeing god cannot be combined when formulating excuses for the bad in the world.

1corinthians 11: 7-9 " For a man indeed ought not to cover his head,forasmuch as he is the image and glory of God: but the woman is the glory of the man. For the man is not of the woman,but the woman of the man. Neither was the man created for the woman,but the woman for the man"

That says women were created for man. Like a pet it sounds like.

Timothy 2:11- 14 " Let the women learn in silence with all subjection. But I suffer not a women to teach,nor to usurp authority over the man,but to be in silence.

This is saying women don't have anything to offer men, men have all the smarts and women are to keep their mouths shut and learn from them.

1 Corinthians 14:34 Let your women keep silence in the churches: for it is not permitted unto them to speak; but they are commanded to be under obedience as also saith the law.

So we are supposed to shut up at church too. This is equality? Are you kidding?
I learn from my husband, and he also learns from me. THAT's equal.

are all about physical/solidified matter. But you know soem belong to this M.E.N.S.A Therefore myself being a hispanic & all from Texas, all of us from the true south know that MENSA means "DUMB GIRL or STUPID FEMALE". But conscience?
The element of thought is most definitely active in my kitties mind. He goes crazy, with curiosity and playfullness, there is as much informal evidence to suggest that they have "minds" as we do.

I have been amazed at how this "religion" section of "Yahoo Answers" brings so much hatred out of people toward God. It becomes a platform for people who "hate" God to take crude shots at Him. And why it only seems to be the God of the Bible. Where is the hatred towards the other gods?

Has He done something so bad to you? Has a "Christian" so offended you?

I mean this as a serious question, knowing that some of you will use this again as a platform to attack God and His people. But I'd really like to know why there is so much hatred and anger...so please answer.

when people go to jail for rotten or not so rotten crimes they automatically become the biggest bible thumpers in the world and then as soon as they are released they go right back to the same ol' dirty crap of hookin, getting high, stealing, hustling, talking smack, violence, etc..

The same thing happens when people go into detox/rehabs for their drug problems...

I have little faith in Religion (It is man made after all..) Spirituality, God, Higher powers, Heaven, Life after death,
Being posotive despite being in a rotten circumstance, God will help you, etc..

IF there was a higher power up there then why does it allow these people to return to the same old lifestyle they tried to get away from by going to a rehab/detox?

The same goes for people in jail, If God touched them in jail and gave them a semblance of hope why does he make it easy for them to fall back into a bad situation by not providing a bed in the local homeless shelter when they have nothing?
