In canada, there is a new tv show where Muslims make jokes about the way western people see them, but after that...what is there?

Proportionately, Its amazing when you think about. Just Like Muslim muscians, their existance is indeed rare. Remember, Muslims make up about 1/5th of the world's population!

Consider the jews for a minute. Jews and Arabs are both of semite racial stock. Arabs invented Islam a make-up about 30% of the entire Islamic population. Whats amazing is, the list of jewish comedians and muscians is to long to even begn to list.

Why does Islam produce such a disproportionare number of muscians and comedians? Of course, the simple minded teenagers and politically correct people will respond with all types of excuses....but for the freethinker...the person who knows that reality is more Darwin than Disney...there can be no doubt that Islam suffocates creativity and produces a much higher proportion of self righteous joyless bots of hate.

Okay in a previous question directed towards Atheists somebody told me that Agnostics are Atheists. How true is this claim? Also are Agnostics arrogant? Atheists do you dislike Agnostics because we won't help you overthrow religion? Christians do you dislike Agnostics because you can't convince us to got to church on Sundays with you? Also are Agnostics more likely to be Satanists? I mean I was always under the impression that Agnostics were neutral.

There's the links right there knock yourselves out.

How do I get rid of the smell?

2007-03-26 13:43:42 · 11 answers · asked by Armund Steel 3

So, God can see all. Assumed.

And assumed BibleGod exists.

And assumed BibleGod is omnipotent as well as omniscient.

So why couldn't he create a "perfect race" with both intelligence and the ability to say no to satan?

Anyways, before creating the specific world, he would have seen all it's future history (omniscience remember) so he wasn't good enough to create a lasting utopia that also had free will?

Then either he is not all-powerful(couldn't create lasting free utopia), not omniscient (couldn't forsee the effects of Adam and Eve) or he is a sadist who wanted to see what would happen. Then he cannot be all-loving, as he created beings that would cause themselves pain.

As opposed to create an infinite free utopia.

Or maybe he is just extremely lazy.

BibleGod's probability of existance was just deleted. Can you find a flaw in my reasoning?

Base question: why couldn't he create an infinite utopia that also had free will?

Okay I'm atheist I guess. I don't believe in God really but I live by the word of God. I don't mind reading the bible and I live by the ten commandments. I think the Christian beliefs are great. I'm confused. Would you consider me christian or atheist? I live the entire Christian life except for the God part. I think the bible has the best ethics and morals ever.

Revelation 22:18-19 "For I testify unto every man that heareth the words of the prophecy of this book, If any man shall add unto these things, God shall add unto him the plagues that are written in this book: And if any man shall take away from the words of the book of this prophecy, God shall take away his part out of the book of life, and out of the holy city, and [from] the things which are written in this book." .............................................................................................................................................................Also, is this only talking about Revelation or the whole bible?.................................................................There is also similar wording by Moses found in Deuteronomy 4:2:

"Ye shall not add unto the word which I command you, neither shall ye diminish [ought] from it, that ye may keep the commandments of the LORD your God which I command you."

which came first the chicken or the egg? One person stated that a single cell bacteria was the origin but never explained where the single cell bacteria came from. If it was a lifeform in the water, how did its life begin? Solar light, oxygen, nitrogen? How does all this form bacteria-like organisms? Did it happen all by itself? Does a single cell self-create its own nucleus, cytoplasm and organelles?

I still believe God's version.

How many died or were permanently crippled.

The fact is that for 31 years, the Watchtower Society did not allow members to recieve vaccinations resulting in disabilities and deaths. Then, quietly in 1963, they changed their policy saying it was up to the individual. Today, almost all JW's get vaccinations, but are not allowed to get blood transfusions. How soon before they change their doctrine on this.

And more importantly, perhaps. How can a church which is so sure about its doctrine being correct(to the point of considering all who disagree heretics) keep on changing its mind and still be so anal about their own doctrine.

Have you become a pew potato that is not willing to go forth into the world God has put you in to live out the life HE meant for you to have? Paul was brought into a vivid, personal, overpowering relatioinship with Jesus Christ. Acts 26:16 is tremendously compelling "...to make you a minister and a witness...." There would be nothing there without a personal relationship. Paul was devoted to a person, NOT a cause. He was aboslutley Jesus Christ's. he saw notthing else and lived for nothing else. "For I am determined to know anything among you except Jesus Christ and Him crucified." (1 Corinthians 2:2)

I just wrote this poem for someone. Please let me know what u think, should i change anything. Thanks in advance

I lived in misery and pain.
happiness was felt in vain.
depression desolation and despair.
im in hell without a prayer.
god laughs at me with spite.
maybe ive started to find the light.
cant tell if its an illision.
and cant come to a conclusion.
going crazy im on the brink.
could it be what i think.
if its what i hope.
no more reasons to mope.
time to listen to my soul.
and give my heart controll.
time will tll the nitty-gritty.
when i arrived to manila city.
im sure it will be great.
will she end up being my mate.
