ARE there an abundance of resources in the earth? Isn't the potential of God supposed to be unlimited?

Kscott - Common sense? You act as if you're not a Christian and simply speaking on behalf of Christians everywhere, but that is quite obviously a stretch. Doesn't that go against biblical teaching, lying? The Bible absolutely says that God created the earth and that God had illimitable resources. Which Bible are you reading? From what I've seen on the boards, you bash every non-Christian for asking 'similar' questions and then accuse them of asking those questions over & over again, even when it is their first post. I certainly don't see any original questions in your batch.
And since when does the word "God" always refer to Christianity? Get real. You're not the martyr you obviously think you are.

It has nothing to do with faith in God. There is an abundance of resources, but they're not unlimited. If you take more than you replace, eventually, it will run out.

I'm an atheist and I believe we have an abundance of resources on our Earth. That's what I get for being a skeptic.

The Universe will always provide. There's a nice passage in the New Testament about it where Jesus asks a crowd to consider the flowers and the birds and how they survive.

Jesus reported the same aspect 'a crooked & perverse technology (or era)'. The be conscious interior the English 'perverse' if we take it aside potential 'in preserving with' or by potential of or including to, or thoroughly, and 'verso' which potential to instruct, so as that they are grew to change into decrease back round, grew to change into any opposite direction. have you ever tried to consult someone who became searching round for someone at the same time as you talked to them? Did you opt to keep on chatting with them? would you seek for them out back? Conversely (there is the verso back), in case you ask for guidelines to get someplace and the fellow seems fairly worried, do not you elect the religion to have self assurance they're telling you the right thanks to pass? Now, with human beings, we'd want to be careful, and also, of course with faith because we do opt to understand what we've self assurance. faith comes by listening to, it extremely is the different of what Jesus reported of particular ones that 'listening to they do no longer listen'. And to take heed to is on the region of the be conscious to 'obey' which potential to take heed to. So, anytime we 'listen' someone, we persist with what they say because we've the religion that that's the actual and ideal course to persist with. those who're perverse persist with both persons, or their very own selves, yet because there are forces operating in this international, it extremely is a fantasy because human beings do not have that decision lots of the time. So, that's self-worship vs. worship of God.

No, they are just showing common sense. I don't think the Bible says anywhere that there are infinite resources. It sounds like you're stretching to find faults in Christian thinking that just aren't there.
Asker, if you want to say that is in the Bible somewhere, then show us the book, chapter, and verse.
