Chapter 2 Rev. beginning summary of chapter.

He that overcomes shall gain eternal life, avoid the second death, inherit the CELESTIAL kingdom and rule many kingdom's.

If Mormon's are so off then why in the very bible doe's it say that you will rule many kingdom's? Doe's that infer that you could become a GOD maybe?

Why would revelation refer to a Celestial kingdom- Celestial kingdom would mean a higher kingdom? So there must be lower.

If this means something different please let me know? But I think it is very clear what it means.

why do people say "its the greatest thing since sliced bread."

is that really what people think

the great wall of china, the pyramids, even a lava lamp to me is better than sliced bread.

do people really think that in thousands of years the best thing that humans have ever invented was sliced bread?

whats the big deal with sliced bread anyway? if you got a nife and a loaf of bread, slice the damn thing, its not really that hard.

why do people say that?

I heard everyone in the village had been informed a day ahead, and they all came out and wished him off.

There are maybe just around 2000 authentic hadiths.

But imams even sit around and use some pretty strange hadiths to justify a lot of weird teachings.

Namely things like:
1. life and afterlife are two different things. (these are a part of the same thing and not really two different things- what you do here reflect on the afterlife-like two pieces of a coin)

2. Jesus is coming back. Where on earth does it say that Jesus is coming back in the Quran? Isnt this a teaching that has been passed over from Christianity?

3. If no one knows the future but God, why are there so many different accounts of signs of the hour, big signs, little signs etc. Arent we supposed to be ready for Judgement Day at all times?

I have been reading the anti mormon and stupid mormon ?'s.
It is sicking what some people write.

Why are there so many anti mormons or ex mormon's even reading or answering ?'s that they don't even know the answer's too?

Don't you people know that learning requires faith?

Why don't you read the book of mormon and pray-are you afraid that you may get a answer from God that would require you to change your life?

Are you afraid to be accountable for the wrong that you do?

Better yet why don't you start with the bible for all you people who claim to be Christians? You may be surprised at what you find that relates to the Mormon religion.

People frequently like to ask atheists, "If you believe in a pointless existence devoid of God, why don't you just kill yourself?" or something of the like. And we all know the range of answers, most of them seeming to be appalled at the question. I wasn't sure if this sentiment was directed at the disrespect in the question or suicide itself, so I'm curious about your personal thoughts on suicide. Inherently wrong? Should be strongly discouraged but people should have a right over their lives? Nothing at all wrong with it?

I know this kind of question invites hateful responses telling atheists what they should think about suicide, but I'm hoping to be proven wrong and impressed.

Someone prophecied that I would become a lawyer but none of my subjects give me qualifications and I don't exactly want to be a lawyer. I am a christian and do believe in prophecies but this one just doesn't add up.Wwanted to be a doctor but didn't do as well as I needed to my exams, based on exam system in my country, and the 'prophecy' ststed that I would achieve the highest grade in my class; which I didn't. My alternate options placed me in computer science, math and bio, all at the advance level(simular to tertiary level).

Yes GOD's ways are not my ways but as i said nothing adds up to that prophecy. a friend told me to compare it with another but thats he only prophecy I know of.

So how do I know to believe it? Should I?

ask her son for us. The request is still answered by Jesus. Did she not intercede for the couple in the wedding in Cana? If we are members of the Body of Christ then she is our Mother too is she not? Jesus gave her to us on Calvary.

I have noticed that when Christians or lover of Jesus are insulted mocked or scorned in various ways the offenders are allowed to continue.
If any other religion or type is insulted the question or answer is removed sometimes immediately. Even to having the account suspended.

Many of my questions dont even m,ake it to the forum and are deleted immediately as if I am being watched contiuously .

Is this happening to you or have they singled me out?
