No! God says to leave the spirit world alone. There's a reason for that - when people die they are dead. Not floating around in a spirit form somewhere. Bodies are in the grave until Christ returns and gives back the spirit (breath). When mediums try to reach the dead they are actually communing with fallen angels who take on the form of dead people to confuse the living, give false hope & false understandings of scripture.
I saw her a few times on Montel & what she said totally contradicted the Bible. I avoided her like the plague after that.

I believe Sylvia Brown is a Gnostic Christian. Gnostic Christianity has vastly different views than Pauline (mainstream) Christianity.

Sylvia Brown is a wicken. She is a study of witch craft and the Occult. She is also a False prophetess even of the dark side. I cannot believe that she has got the recognition that she has. Definately NOT a Christian. I would disregard her as
being inherently Evil, and a Con.

NO !!!!! A Christian can not be a medium,she is pure evil,a
thief who preys on the very weak and sadly gullible.I did not
know she dared to claim she knows God.

No!! I do not believe she is a christian because she never gives reference to God. She only speaks to spirits (notice the lower case "s" in spirit). If she can tune into a dead person's spirit and hear them, then why can't she hear God?
God's Spirit gives LIFE, not DEATH.

No I don't...I've seen her on tv and just from her brief comments you can tell she doesn't adhere to the bible. Just the fact that she is a practicing necromancer...those that talk to the dead. The bibles says that's a no no. Beyond that...I've heard her say there is no hell and Jesus himself spoke more of hell than he did of heaven.

Jesus told us not to Judge lest we shall be judged with the same matter that we have judged others. It is not for me to say if she is or is not a christian. That is between Sylvia and God.

There is such a broad definition of the word Christian. I believe that most anyone believes they can be one. I do believe that she believes that she is one.
