I have been seriously thinking of taking God at his word.

Is this a good idea? Do I need to rely totally on God like this?

What was Jesus's best trick?

Was it walking on water? Turning water into wine? Invisibility? What else did he do?

Religion is a "mockery" a systematic puppet show lol. Relationship is life! When we were children our parents sent us off to school and feed us clothed us pampered us and loved us continually. So it is when we are adopted into the order of Jehovah by his first begotten son Jesus Christ! He does more than our natural parents did for us in fact he goes above and beyond for us his children. Understand the true children of God are the ones who have a relationship with him. You can have no relationship outside of Jesus for he is the doorkepper the gate our Father sealed him! And no man can go to him but by Jesus Christ. So in closing every religion outside of Christ is false! "Christianity" is too general, there are so many denominations who call themselves "Christians" The word is very specific there is One Lord, One Faith, and One Baptism. Which is in the name of Jesus Christ all else is fraud! Study the Old Test Jacob served God all other nations worshipped "Idols" they imaginations!

Back when the Hindu's used the caste system, I don't know if they still use it or not, they had 5 groups. The highest rank was Brahmin who were Priests and Teachers, then next in rank was Ksatriyas who were Warriors and Rulers, next was Vaisyas who were Farmers, Merchants, Artisans, etc, then Sudras who were Laborers. There was fifth group called the Untouchables. Who exactly were they besides outcastes?

Today, while walking, I saw a billboard outside a church that said "Jesus is the Answer". Later that day, I took a math exam and answered everyone of the problems with Jesus. I managed to get every problem wrong. How can that be if Jesus is the answer???

I am. My baby boy just turned a year on the 20th, and started to walk today. Not just afew steps, but he just literally stood himself up and started to walk. On one hand, I'm ecstatic and so proud of him. On the other, I want to cry and am sad because my baby is no longer a helpless infant and cuddling will be on his terms now. As a baby, I loved to just sit there and hold him. Now he moves too much. I am happy, but also sad and questioning why God puts us as mothers through this. We want our babies to stay little for longer than this, but they won't stop growing!! Or learning, or developing, or talking (yes, he's saying words and knows who the people are around him by title "mama, dada, his sister's name, gamma, gampy".) How can I let go and allow him to grow without being so selfish?

It seems that, from terrorists, to the Waco wackos, the most deranged people ever come from overzealous religious nuts.

Isn't it about time to banish religion?

Before it destroys us all?

...that the kingdom of Heaven is within you, does he mean that we're all in Heaven but we just have to realize it to actually see it? I think people are already in Heaven and maybe they see us sleeping because we haven't awaken yet to join them...we're there but we just don't realize it and we must awaken.

I don't know!

Some say 2007 (God's magic # 7).

Others say after 2012 because Israel will have been a nation for more than 1 generation, invalidating the word.

What year do YOU think it will happen?

I myself am agnostic, but it always seems to me that there is more and more proof that god, or at least the christian god is a fallacy. I watched the movie " The God Who Wasnt There" and read this article http://nobeliefs.com/exist.htm, and both claim that jesus was a myth, and idea created for various reasons. If this is real, then what does it mean for the christian followers who by their very name are tied to the belief of jesus ?

Hello. I have OCD and I often worry about very insignificant things for days or even weeks on end. Theres something I've been worrying about for the past week or so, and I just wanted to see what other people think about it.
The other day I just sitting around and thinking about what route I should take on treating my anxiety disorder. I had doubts about all my options, so I decided to pray to god. I prayed that whatever decision I make about it, that I would be glad I made it.
What I've actually been worrying about is my prayer. I'm worried that god will take over my free will and MAKE me WANT to make the decision that will make me glad. But I don't want god to MAKE me want to make the right choice. I just want him to let me know what it is so I can make it myself. I've also been worried that for now on, ANY decisions I make, I'll only be making them because he makes me want to. Everything from what shirt I wear each day, to things that I decide to create.

How is it, "breathe" causes animation? Whose breathe governs me? Who is this GOD "Jehovah", that causes life and death? Whom framed the Heaven and Earth and declared let there be "LIGHT" "animation" "activity" "life" by the quickening of his mouth. What kind of God is this whom we know nothing about, yet all of his creation declares him? Why is breathe so vital? How is it, that without it, we can do nothing? Breathe, oh breathe, who is this God whose breathe enables me to function? Oh Jehovah lord God who are you? Where are you and how can one find you and your ways out intimately? Let us examine Mt 7:13-20v mainly the 13-14v look at this statement or promise. Enter ye in at the strait gate for wide is the gate, and broad is the way, that leadeth to destruction, and many there be which go in thereat. 14v Because strait is the gate, and narrow is the way, which leadeth unto life, and few there be that find it. This is a very frightening promise, for we see it fulfilled daily "sin", then
