...I saw this sticker a long time ago and it said, "Truth is an endangered species." Do we ever hear someone ask, "Is it true?" Can all of us tolerate the truth? Sometimes the truth hurts, but we need to know it.
...I don't know when opinion starting being regarded as truth. Whenever there are hearings of a political nature, it is incredible what kind of stuff is put forth as evidence, and what people try to pull. While the politicians were questioning Clarence Thomas (my favorite Supreme Court justice) at his confirmation hearings, those after him were taking any kind of evidence - some called theirs in, another fellow testified against Anita Hill, said she had treated him the same way, and was ostracized by Hill's fans, whom I am quite sure couldn't have cared less if she told the truth or not, as long as they thought they could ruin Clarence Thomas.
...I thank God he is on the court - the best one there, in my opinion.

I'm guessing it was around the same time that people were, for some reason, told that every opinion is as valid as the next, no matter the credentials of the person espousing that opinion. And when it's a matter of 'well, that's my opinion' - how can you ever have a fact if everyone thinks they have a right to their contridictory opinion?

we could continuously continuously have an opinion. And talk it loud and proud. no longer sufficient human beings attempt this anymore. for this reason our authorities receives by technique of with a lot BS. Bc we the individuals are to stuck up in on a daily basis existence, our jobs, costs, television, new electronics, video games. etc... yet i have self belief if easily everyone awakened day after today and tried to make a distinction, it may be totally to overdue.

Of course time will change my opinion and also my truth.
Truth has numerous meanings, and an opinion can still be truth.

Ok guys, I've heard about this atheist stuff - do they really believe there is not God? I mean really?
Because if they do - they are the funniest people I would love to meet. I don't think there are such folks.

I would say since Bush, since he said there were WMD's in Iraq, and because he said there were, then it was true, but ...em, I would say since the Bible, am I right?!
