Religion & Spirituality - 5 March 2007

All these different religions were right when people use to live in a cult & did not meet other religions & did not know about the other religions. As Krishna said "come to me I will give you peace". Islam says " non islamics will go to hell" Christaians say "Jesus is the only God". Theory should be a theory which will be universally acceptable. Because all these religions do not conside at a point.If Scientifically Human being is one its creator has to be one. Should be a global religion which can be accepted by everyone in this global villege. Where in the morning you are in Dubai & in the evening you are in Canada or in the afternoon you are in India . Because if one God gives us peace then what will happen to the other religion people? Will they be ghost? A universaly raccepted religion & only one God". For this global villege.

Im having trouble identifying with other christians everywhere i go. Everyone is so uptight about their regards to the bible, and i dont agree with a lot of the doctrine in all the churches ive come into contact with. Are there any that are just about truth? Not ignoring things or lying about them so that they dont cause conflict with the big-selling ideas? honestly, please help.

If nothing can be true unless percieved by our 5 senses (sight, smell, touch, taste, hearing), then do our minds exsist?

How does science go about explaining abstract ideas, such as 'the mind' or our subconscience?

Or even non-abstract things, like gamma rays. Can we see, touch, smell, taste, or hear gamma rays?

"We see the effects of gamma rays, not the rays themselves"

Where does the Bible ever say to trust in the arm of the flesh and man kind for your needs? I think it says something like...cursed is the person who trusts in the arm of the flesh. Yet thousands of christians go to man for there needs and trust in the "flesh" for help. Don't you think jews are gonna laugh?

If you guys have a problem with things like Xmas, Birthdays, Easter etc. because of their Pagan origins - how do you handle things like, the names of the Days of the Week, planets and stars and even many place names which are all dedicated to Pagan gods?

In the caveman world of Muhammad's Arabia...honey, wine and virgins were the zenith of living. By today's standards, these products dont compete well in any of their respectivive categories. Wine? Ok with an occasional steak but how many more people would prefer a flavored Absolut product or a rum runner river?

Virgins? Thats fine for an insecure Muslim, but what about normal secure men who enjoy love-making? A woman who knows what shes doing blows-away the virgin everytime.

Is honey rivers supposed to be a good thing? I thought honey lacks the viscosity to stream as a river...

Do People who commit suicide get reincarnated or go to heaven? I'm bipolar, I've tried all the meds, but nothing works for me. I got married twice and my current wife has HIV and is 10,000 miles away. (I am negative but she should out live me because she is getting good treatment and Bipolars have less life expectancy than HIV now, we have a 20% suicide rate.) My life has always sucked. I was picked on in school, I can't hold a job. Just tell me that if I kill myself I will end up in a better place...............My life is just one tramtic experiance after another......I want to die and get it over with.....you don't know how it feels!

I mean, you think Jesus was the son of God ? How can this be, and if he was, why did God let him die on the cross like that ? Also, why did God send his own son into the world ? This is all lies..... let me tell you the truth about Jesus peace be with him and his family.....

Jesus was like the other prophets Abraham and Muhammad and Noah and Jacub, and Yonas, He came to deliver GOD's word. ALLAH SWT word. They all had the same message. The Gospel ( injeel ) Torah, and Quran al Kareem. Quran is from Prophet Muhammad , which Jesus acknowledged him and he acknowledged Jesus, and GOD acknowledges them both. Whats so hard to understand ? I mean Muhammad was prophet, Jesus was Prophet, Moses was prophet, and so many others. Islam is the true religion of Jesus he preached, and Noah that he preached.
