Is it true? The news says that Jesus had a son named Judah and was buried alongside Mary Magdalene, according to a new documentary by Hollywood film director James Cameron.
It examines a tomb that, it is claimed, belonged to Jesus and his family, and was found in Jerusalem in 1980.
The Oscar-winning director of Titanic says statistical analysis and DNA show the tomb is that of Jesus.

I was talking to a friend who is from India and is Hindu. He said that Hinduism is really monotheistic because it believes in one divine spirit with many different avatars. He said that we can't know God completely in one way so each of us understands God in different ways. He said all the "gods" of Hinduism are just different ways of looking at the same God. Is this true?

Please only serious comments. Thank you.

If He is all knowing, then he already knows if we are going to Heaven or Hell, so why would He create us? Why doesn't He "pass Go" and send us directly to where we are going?

We all get distracted by the details far too often and loose sight of what is really important to us. So take a minute and think about what you really want to accomplish and let us know.

Personally I want to raise my boys and equip them to be the best people they can be. Family is very important to me, and society.

I want to find my purpose as determined by the creator of the universe.

I want to improve educational opportunities for children (with an emphasis on gifted children) I’d love to start a children’s hands on type museum with science and nature emphasis

I want to do my best at every endeavor. Whatever I do, do it wholeheartedly.

Why is it that some religions say that if you do not believe this way then you are going to hell? They try to tell you God gives you free choice and you have the choice to except it or not but telling someone they are going to hell if they do not believe this way is not a choice its a threat. I will never believe God to be cruel like that. So why do you think the religious people follow that route?

A friend of mine who always tries to be a good man, father and husband; always seems to get knocked down time and time again. He has no where to go and no way to go anywhere, if he had some where to go. He traded his car in for his wife to have a bigger vehicle to accommodate their kids. Now he says his wife no longer wants him around. I ask this here, because this forum has a very good amount of intelligent people that visit. I need some advice on how to help him. He is at the end of his rope and I am afraid he might go "crazy". He has no money, car or family.

Peace and Love

Peace is a state of harmony, absent open hostility. This term is applied to describe a cessation of or lapse in violent international conflict; in this international context, peace is the opposite of war. Peace can also describe a relationship between any parties characterized by respect, justice, and goodwill.
More generally, peace can pertain to an individual relative to her or his environment, as peaceful can describe calm, serenity, and silence. This latter understanding of peace can also pertain to an individual's sense of himself or herself, as to be "at peace" with one's self would indicate the same serenity, calm, and equilibrium within oneself.
