Why not volunteer at your local homeless shelter -- see if they need cleaning up, painting, or repairs.
Or go downtown and pass out sandwiches & blankets to homeless people.
Or see if there are any old folks who need repairs or errands done.
Or clean up and repair the church.
Or contact the Red Cross and volunteer for a blood drive, or whatever they need.
There should be clothing ministries, like Goodwill or the Salvation Army, that need somone to sort through donations or pack boxes.

Sorry, i misread, thought you wer looking for a study....
A camping trip or something outdoors is ALWAYS good.
There are couple of GREAT studies. Look at John Aldridge's study called Wild At Heart.
We are currently doing Six Battles Every Man Must Win by Bill Perkins

Setting is always good, and if you want manly conversation and fellowship, then make sure it's a manly setting. Try camping or a canoe trip, and focus on campfire chats, unofficial feloowship and discipleship... many of the best lessons are learned through simple friendship and not from a pulpit.

It is very important to teach children about God and about HIS LOVE! There are lots of children in USA, around the world that have no idea that God loves them...but they are able to do a lot of other things...you can pray for our world to wake up!
We all must pray for this world that is going deeper into the dark.
There are places in Africa where children don't have water to drink!
Let's all pray for those that need water and food, or a shelter!
May God bless them!

as someone else said, take them to a battered women's shelter!! excellent idea! also take them to a food pantry, so they can realize how many people are worse off then they probably are....they should also be encouraged to help at food pantries, or at holidays, help with serving meals to the poor....they could also go to another church!! see what other denominations do for their people......in short, they should see as much of 'the other half' as you can show them, and then have them or their families donate as much time as possible to the truly needy in our country..No need to spend money at fancy sites for 'manly' stuff to do; they can sit & have discussions anywhere less expensive!! how about your church basement?.....aim for the group to give back and not just be part of the scenery!!!

Try taking them to a shelter for abused women--let them find out what the notion of "women being subordinate to men" actually means in practice.

You should follow in the path of your Lord and Savior, and go among the prostitues. An outting to strip club will give you an opportunity to engage those most in need of your witness.
