I am a Traditional Anglican Priest and I pray it daily. Also the Chaplet of Divine Mercy. There are other Catholics besides the "Roman" variety. I also use an Eastern Orthodox prayer rope called a "chotki" for praying the Jesus Prayer.

The rosary is pretty much exclusive to Roman Catholicism withinChristianity, although Muslims have a version called Tasbeeh which concerns the 99 Arabic/Islamic names of God.

Some of the main stream Protestant denominations do now. The Anglicans, the Lutherans, some Methodists.

Being of Roman Catholic background, I believe that Catholics are the only ones.

To my knowledge, the Rosary is pretty much exclusively a "Catholic thing."
