Religious beliefs have been invoked as a way of dehumanizing the victims of terrorism, or to justify actions which clearly conflict with widespread notions of just action.

True story. He taught us to love everybody. Homosexuals. Atheists. Muslims. Buddhists. Just plain everybody. He said to treat others as we would like to be treated. He said to love our neighbors. I think intentionally provoking religious conflict in the name of Jesus is absurd and flies in face of everything He taught us. I think anyone doing this is anti-Christian and harms our faith by gross misrepresentation. Jesus is the Prince of Peace. Do you agree or disagree?

Even those who claim to be Christians worship their own genitals more regularly and with more devotion than they worship Christ.

between freedom OF religion, and freedom FROM religion?
And, why would you stop Christians from their freedom to live according to their beliefs?

Like accepting gay people instead of discrimination against them. End of Slaver etc..... Does the same thing happen in religion ??
Do religions take on the social norms of society??? (while often opposing them at the same time)

The Episcopaleans and other liberal apostates in America have turned from God's way and embraced shameless sin. May they repent, lest the anger of the Lord fall upon them.

"A man will leave his father and mother and be united to his wife, and they will become one flesh" -Gen. 2:24

"Do not lie with a man as one lies with a woman; that is detestable." -Lev. 18:22

"If a man lies with a man as one lies with a woman, both of them have done what is detestable. They must be put to death; their blood will be on their own heads." -Lev. 20:13

"And likewise also the men, leaving the natural use of the woman, burned in their lust one toward another; men with men working that which is unseemly, and receiving in themselves that recompense of their error which was meet." -Rom. 1:27-28

Why or why not? Do you follow your religion because of a fear of His reaction to the negative, or because you genuinely love Him?

I've often heard theists (ID supporters, specifically) say that "something can't come from nothing".
So, did god create something from nothing?
If so, how?

I am neither a Muslem nor a Jew nor a Christian. I am an Agnostic.

What exactly are Muslims contributing to the world in general today. All I hear about is their cutting off heads on TV. Placing bombs and killing innocent people, and Muslems as a whole are living in poverty conditions.

I have a lot of Agnostic friends and they are wealthy, happy and contributing to all facets of the world's well being today. I see the other religions, other than Muslem, doing much the same.

Why would anyone today want to be a Muslem?
