If by that you mean a supreme being which hath created all things then yes. For science is a practice devoted to dissproving this theory of a supreme entity and as much as it has progressed it has run into a dead end with the theory of a "Big Bang", for then the question arises of what caused this big bang.
It is impossible that some objects which do not possess life or voluntary action may just one day have decided to embark on an action that has created something as complex as that what we today can observe.
secondly comes Charles Darwin theory of "Evolution". This is terribly flawed for if this had occurred then why do we not find proof of this happening all over the world in many places with numerous matter. Until now these so called scientientists have only "discovered" a limited number of skeletons for them to conclude for example of man evolving from monkey. As previously stated if this process had actually occurred would we have only found one or two Pieces of evidence and if so are we then to believe it only happened to matter living found in those regions?
As we know 3/4 of the planet we live on is water and 1/4 land and we have knowledge of only approximately 20 - 30% of that which is the majority then certainly the question arises if we do not yet know what is on the planet we live on then how can our futile, fallible minds ever concieve of discovering that which has created it all.
Believe what you will but all questions require an answer, an answer for all questions is the existence of a supreme being such as God. However, not all questions can be answered by science as science itself is flawed just like man the being which hath created this knowledgde.

Most peoples concept of God is the creator of the universe. This means not just everything we can see, but the spatial dimensions and time that the universe exists in. If God has created these things, his existance must transcend them.

We are constrained to living within the boundries of the universe, so we can neither prove nor disprove the existance of anything outside it.

You can either believe or disbelieve, but you cannot prove or disprove.

If you are trying to decide whether on not to believe in God, no-one can tell you that - you have to decide for yourself.
Before you do, observe as much as you can about the world around you and consider whether it could have came to be without any external influence.

do you mean is there a God?

well... depends who you ask.

there are different arguments for the existence of God e.g Anselm argues that there is a God thru the ontological argument, yet the problem of evil is a big obsticle for believers and non-believers to get over when arguing if God really exists.

I am in my latter-days of my life and in all my time, after serious readings and research, I've never discovered any scientific truth what soever that a supreme being exist.

its a pointless question - either you accept the existence of god on faith or you don't. theres no real debate to be had because by definition god is unknowable and unmeasurable.
