God is thick, that's what I say.

Can you come up with some more revolutionary forms of theism?

Teletheism -- God is "phoning it in"
Allotheism -- belief in "the other God"
Microtheism -- belief in a "tiny God"

etc.

I've been having fun lately, visiting psychics and fortune tellers in our area. Some of them are really amazing. I even went for an email psychic reading from a blog (the author is psychic) and the stuff she wrote down -- amazing. Literally solved a problem for me. She doesn't advertise but I am an avid reader of her husband's blog so that's how I found out about her.

Anyway, I've been seeing a lot of the psychic ads on the web and I'd like to try them out for fun. Know any good ones? I'd prefer costs to be below $30 for a reading. Any suggestions?

You would think that the least God could do is make Jesus just "slip out", considering Mary had no choice in the pregnancy.

If so, then why wouldn't it be possible for it to have evolved with a little hlep from God? You know, like a mutation here and a mutation there?

I once lived with many evolutionary biologists at a field station, and there were Christians among them who had no problem reconciling evolution with their personal beliefs.

I mean, I don't believe in God but I personally don't think that its really all that big of a deal to have "In god we trust" on money. I mean I don't sit around staring at my dollar bills, I just spend em. I mean when you die, what you spent your money on isn't really gonna matter anymore is it? I guess from my perspective there is always gonna be things in life that some people don't believe in..I mean When I go to the mall and See a guy dressed like santa I don't want him kicked out of the mall because I don't believe in him. I just don't care that much, Does anyone else agree?

I responded to a religionists question in the most tolerant way I knew possible and I was "punished" for it.

Observe:

Why is that?

If people can convert, which is basically changing their mind, doesn't it undermine religion as being about a true faith in your god.

How can you believe in one god and then decide for whatever reason that you now don't believe in that god and you wish to worship another?

Doesn't it highlight the hypocracy of religion and its believers?

"You are right. Atheists just "want attention", and want people

to beg them to believe in something. If you ask me, they

weren't raised right by their parents. Do they want the world

to be total chaos; no night, no day, no normal people walking

around (people like there were reported to be in ancient times

that were not normal - like giants and hideously deformed

people.) That's what it would be like with no God. "

I watched a documentry last night on Channel 4(UK) arguing that religous communities should be more concerned about the enviroment and global warming . As a Christian i believe we should be as the world belongs to God and we are its stewards . What do you think?
