i asked him where all the millions of muslims who have died since the advent of islam and this is how he answered me,
the men are all with allah enjoying the rewards of wine and women, while the women are in the lowest heaven (i dont know what he meant by that)
anyway i could not control my laughter.
i wonder what makes even educated muslims believe such rubbish?

As I've said in many places, I've been assigned to the Middle East while serving in the US military and have met or seen easily tens of thousands of Muslims, and none of them were violent, nor did I ever encounter ill-will from them.

I've always had enough respect for Muslims to offer the benefit of the doubt when everyone else around me is learning to hate them, including in my own family. In fact, I've defended Muslims at the cost of my relationship with my sister.

Responses that I've had from Muslims here tonight are putting my judgment in question.

My friends, the world is quickly learning to hate you because Muslim vioilence is occuring in about 20 different countries around the world, all unprovoked, and all the most vile and disgusting violence imaginable.

This is your chance to take a stand and lend respect to your religion.

Do you, or do you not, support your own religion's right to decimate women and children in the streets of their cities?

Be convincing.

I have noticed that anything said critical about Islam is usually backfired by having tons of e-mails going onto Yahoo! asking to censor that question. Although some Christians do the same for Christian questions, I find it that Muslims seem to do it as a norm. Why is this? Why is it that every time someone says something negative about your religion you urge to silence them? Personally that makes someone like me believe that your god/religion is weak because it can't stand against rational argument.

I will even put a wager on this that I will end up having this question reported regardless of how respectful I think I have just been.

Like THIS IS the 'correct' religion? Does that make you an atheist to other religions? I'm not out to attack anyone, I am genuinely interested in opinions and perspectives.

when greece was an empire they had many gods andthey bred and got kids but kept that between them.....that is called paganism....
christians believe in crossbreeding between god and human....they call that christianity....I call that INSANITY.....do people really believe that stuff.......?

They said the only thing that will stop Israel's dig for more archioligical findings(how ever you spell it) is a bomb. They have discovered that the site the last two temples were in are around a similar spot to the dome of the rock, and now the Muslems are angry about it. Good I am glad Israel has discovered the site.Egypt are now threatning Israel to be wiped out of the map. The battle of armageddon is building up. It will not be long now until Jesus comes to take the church home. The tribulation is around the corner, problally in the next 2-3 years. Even though the EU are pushing hard for peace, just watch somebody will come out with a solution out of the blue and confirm the covernat. He will not make a covernant he will just confirm it. But we will be gone then.How far away do you think the tribulation is? I reakon 2-3 years.Just look at the signs now.

I find that religion X is horrible and utterly unworthy of study because some members did acts Q in the year R. If you know anything, man wrote Z but GOD wrote the book of my religion, even though both were actually penned by men, the people that penned my religion were actually listening to GOD because that is what they wrote down, and if it wasn't true, they wouldn't have written it. But clearly the people that penned religion X were lying when they said GOD narrated to them as well. Clearly religion X is horrible, right?
