Like THIS IS the 'correct' religion? Does that make you an atheist to other religions? I'm not out to attack anyone, I am genuinely interested in opinions and perspectives.

OK...

I know that the spirituality that I follow is right - for me. And whatever spirituality, or religion, anyone else follows - is right for them. Very simple philosophy.

It does not mean I do not respect anyone elses right to choose; that is their decision, and is not mine to make for them.

And I really don't care what others think about my choice, because it is my choice and I am free to make it. It really is none of anyone elses concern.

It's not about "what's right or what's wrong" - it's all about what's right for you. Focus on your own spirituality. That, after all, is what is it all about. The Gods are not going to judge you on how you decided what was good for everyone else. The Gods will discuss with you why you didn't do what was best for you.

Easy, don't believe in anything. Don't use something as vague as faith to define your world views.

Religious people will always think which is the one true faith - why my one, of course! Knowing full well that if they were brought up in another religion they'd feel differently. As all the different contradicting religions have an equal claim on the truth the only logical position is to be atheistic regarding all of them.

That's just one good reason to be an atheist, there are many others. I know what I 'believe' in is the right thing because morality is objective, I think about principles of universality and altruism that can be found in iterated versions of prisoner's dilemma.

You're asking for a lot of Christians to come up and use the non sequitur of "My religion is correct because it's got Jesus" or some other form of that.

Me? I don't have any religious beliefs. I don't need religious faith and quite frankly I'd rather not adopt it.

If it's right, it's right for YOU. That does not mean it has to be right for everyone else.

I've tried several different religions, including atheism (for, admittedly, a very short while), and Catholicism is the only one that ever felt right. I became a Catholic willingly, and I have never regreted my decision. To me, it's the right religion. I believe that with all my heart and soul.

I believe that Catholicism is the "correct" religion because Jesus Christ himself founded it. Jesus Christ also promised to guide this Church till the end of the age. No other Christian denomination can make this claim.
It is one of two revealed religions, the other being Judaism, which means God revealed himself to the founders of these religions.
Have a nice day!

When it comes to religion every answer you will be given will be BELIEF. You must believe. God is far greater then we can comprehend, our minds are too limited to understand everything. As long as you fear God, respect his wish, live the kind of life He likes, you are following the right religion. There is only one God, one right belief and that one is the one that Jesus Christ left us. You can't be wrong, because you must feel it deep inside of you. It is something you can't see, or touch, cause it is not material...It is a feeling inside your soul and it answers any question, it sweeps away any doubt.

It is what you feel in your heart. I am a Christian, but I see truth in other religions.

I was born in a Christian home and raised in the Nazarene church. I can answer your question by saying that I have strong faith that what I believe is right, because I base my faith in Jesus Christ and the Bible.
