Were those Muslims directly involved in the destruction or funding the destruction? If so, an argument for some sort of retribution could be made. Other than not, no. This would open up a precident --should Christians in Europe pay retribution money to clinics in the US that were bombed by Christian "right to life" zealots?

2.what is "bounty" of battle fields other than death.
3.whom is this "retribution" to be paid?
I am confused if you actually know what you are asking but I DO think several of the perceived meanings are small minded at the very least.
If It can help you I'll offer you this.
A. Never Include All of A certain type of people in your Accusations..everyone is actually quite different
B. Ism's & ist's of any group Are not the repesentative of ANY whole. that is narrow minded.
c.we are All gods children. where or how you approach God is actually irrealavent. all christian, islam, hebrew & pagaen , people Are just people in the presence of God.
the hardest evolution trate to shed is our biological need to seperate differences.
when the world starts to appriciate and embrace difference, then finally we will live up to gods image we ALL were created in .
FYI I am not or never considered myself either christian or islamic or even jew but I have read & worshipped with all of them.

I think a good start would be just hearing the Islamic community acknowledge that they are doing something wrong. Reparations? They're denying it's even happening.
