Apparently people have forgotten the true meaning of Christmas and Easter! Wanna take away Santa, Christman trees, and the Easter Bunny? Be my guest! In fact I would applaud you! Sense these false Idols have not a single meaning whatsoever! Santa was a human Jesus Christ was the son of God! Santa is not a savior! Jesus Christ is! Pine trees are good for landscaping and releasing some oxygen in the air but thats about it! Trees don't save souls. So if the ACLU or whoever wants to take away Christmas trees: They would only be doing me a favor! I don't know how other Christians feel about it. When the day comes that they will try to take away our Bibles and not allow us to attend church is the day they will have a serious fight on their hands! That is when I should be concerned. As for now this stuff about trees and other Idols does not phase me.

Have you ever heard of John Darby? John Darby is actually a theologian who wrote the end times theology as we know it about the rapture, tribulation and the new millenium. This theology is only 700 years old. It was actually rejected at first by the church, and actually became known in smaller groups that were gathering out of the 'church' before it became so widespread as it is today. To educated theologians, christians that believe in this end times theology about the rapture and so forth, are known as "Darbyists."

REvelation 12:7 war in heaven and now they are down here.
How do we resist them? How do we know where they are?
What are they up to? What do they try to get us to do?

Didn't God tell Moses to tell the Israelites, "I AM" sent me -- meaning that attaching a name to God was a method of controlling the Almighty? Do JWs wish to control God?

GOOD NEWS!
"Some will forbid to marry and abstain from certain types of food that God has created to be recieved with thanksgiving by those who believe and know the truth."
"Every creature created by God is good, and nothing is to be refused if it is recieved with thanksgiving."
"For it is sanctified by the Word of God and prayer."

Not so much. Anything called a church is built upon the premise that someone else has a greater privilege to interpret something than you do. Otherwise, you'd just read and think for yourself. So, if you don't trust a pope, why in the world would you trust anyone called a "minister" or "preacher?" Same junk, different name.

Don't you hate it when people ask questions that you simply can't answer in this limited forum?
C'mon people. If your question resembles mine, you need to google it and/or go to your local library.
Thank you.

If Islam teaches death to anyone that won't convert, how can I trust that my neighbor, doctor, friend who might be of this faith won't turn on me (because there is no way I am converting). And why aren't all these "moderate" Islamists speaking out against the radicals? Radicalist are trying to create an atmosphere of Fear. Why would anyone want a group of involuntary followers? They say, "follow Allah and Mohammad or die", and then they say, "be willing to give your life for Allah." What is this obsession with death? I choose to follow the God who says, "I have come to give you life." Don't be confused. Christians are willing to lay down their lives for their God. But each person is solely responsible for their decision. It is not forced upon them by extremists. So, is there such a thing as "moderate Islam" and, again, where are they and why aren't they speaking out? FEAR?

Seriously.

Are you convinced you are guilty for ANYTHING you've done? Or is it all because mom and dad mistreated you, you were a disadvantaged youth, you've never felt loved, didn't do well in school/sports/career...? How far do you carry a sense of entitlement to do wrong, if so?

Do you actually have to break a civil LAW to be guilty, or do objective personal/interpersonal ethics genuinely exist? If they DO exist...who has the authority to forgive you?
