I had never heard a Christian telling a joke on purpose. But they say this joke due to ignorance. The joke is:"If humans evolved from monkeys why are monkeys still here?"
We all know humans did not evolve from monkeys. They only evolved from a common ancestor.
Have you heard a bigger joke from a Christian?

I hate it when people try to use religion against other people!! So what if im not a Christian and im not exactly sure that there is even a being called God?? It's my belief and if people don't like it, then they can f*** off and stop judging me!! The only problem with religious people is that they think if others aren't Christians, then they will be punished to an eternity of damnation!! Well all I have to say to them is I will meet them at the fiery gates of hell!!!

God evolved and made man. why? because we are in his image. If an entity evolved into a different likeness and wanted to create in his own image, we would not exist, but that formation would. Its the only reasonable explanation of how he came to be and why we are here. sorry, this question is for adults only. what is your take?

The serpent tells the woman that she will not die if she eats the fruit of the tree: "When you eat of it your eyes will be opened, and you will be like God, knowing good and evil."

What language did the serpent speak when he told Eve this? Serpentese? Why did Eve know Serpentese? She wasn't a serpent.

I have asked here about what language Adam and Eve spoke. One guy told me they spoke "Adamic". Why did the serpent know Adamic? Another guy told me that Adam and Eve spoke the language of heaven. How did the serpent know the language of heaven?

I guess when you're making up stuff like talking serpents, you might as well make up a language for them too. So here's my question for you devotees of talking serpent science: What language did the serpent speak?

We have so much to be thankful for here in the United States. THIrd World countries aren't quite so blessed. I'm not a Christian nor do I pretend to believe in God. Knowing much about the hsitory of mankind,I have a very difficult time accepting that there is a God, a loving, just, omnipotent, all-knowing, compassionate God, who has allowed so much suffering over a period of millineums...I have an even more difficult time trying to understand why we here in the United States(as well as some other countries) have so much....while other, Third World countries, have so little. It's almost as though there are two worlds. One that has progressed so magnificently...while the other, unable to move forward beyond violence and evil, has been overcome by the devil.....

What's the difference between God believers and Atheists

People who are lacking confidence, tend to cling on to an imaginary friend(god) and put their confidence in him instead of themselves. (Some God believers do have a high confidence level but Atheists confidence level is extremely high). Me, being an Atheist, feel safe with myself. For some God believers, that's not enough. The truth is, they're confidence is not enough. They dont want to take all the responsibility for protecting themselves. They dont think highly enough of themselves to pull it off

Isn't it strange to you that when compared to the Bible, science is always changing? The Bible and its truths hold to the SAME concept and belief but science always questions what it does not believe and theories are constantly changing? Man, in his boasted wisdom seeks to explain the world based on what he deems is sensible and anything that contradicts his beliefs is wrong, and whatever doesn't suit his personal way of thinking is stupid fanatical thinking. Scientists never take the time to experience faith. How can you consider something false and ridiculous when you haven't tested or tried it as you have with all your other experiments and trials? Do not be rude or sarcastic. I am not disrespecting anyone here. I believe that true science and the Bible are intertwined.

The Quaran is often quoted to justify Islamic acts of violence... but couldn't a christian do the same if they wanted to? What are some of the bible verses that describe when violence is appropriate? Where in the Quar'an does it say that killing civilians is ok?

I'm sure I'll get flamed for this, but I would really like to know which scriptures people use to rationalize violent behavior.

Hmmm I read all of your answers to my last question many were former Christians a few just never bought into religion.Some agnostic. One of the common themes I saw in all of these answers was obviously thinking for yourself but might I say without thinking about yourself.(Now some were not all)
What is the only thing that an Atheist, a CHristian, A muslim , A Buddhist ect.. can really truly validate and know the most about. It is not the Bible, It is not evolution, It is not mythology,philosophy or psychology. It is the Human experience(themselves). Most atheist seemed to look to knowledge and intellectualism outside of themself to validate their conclusion I propose study up on yourself only. Not philosophy or psychology but study you. It may sound stupid to some but if u really see into what i am asking then it won't come off sounding shallow. My idea may seem weak but it is your own minds that will carry this not my somewhat oddly articulated proposal.

So I have decided to ask a question. This should be right up you Christians alley whatever that means. Anyway I hope it's not deleted. When I was a Pentecostal Holiness I saw many daemons cast out of people in worship services. Usually while the deamon was being cast out the persons body would go into all sorts of contortions twisting and turning. I never saw anyones head spin around but they would sometimes try. They would scream and mumble all kinds of Satanic remarks sometimes for up to an hour. Then when the demon was finally cast out the person would fall to the floor begin shaking and speaking in tongues. My question do you think this was real Demon possession? BB

Many evilutionist claim that the story of Noah was impossible just forlogistical reasons..How would you feed that many animals? How would they all fit into the Ark? Yada, yada, yada. Is it possible that Noah, with Divine Knowledge, collected stem cells and grew them in culture until the floodwaters retreated? Cultured cells would have taken up very little room. With cultured cells, he could have slain the animals for meat and fed himself and his family.

Would you just take someone's word if they gave you life changing news? Would you want the truth from someone who is qualified to tell you the TRUTH?

Why do you believe in evolution? Where did you get your information? Who are these people that are telling you this stuff? Are theyTRULY qualified ? Can you trust the source you have staked your ETERNAL life on?

I know of an organization of scientist that have ALL agree to what the Bible says about our existence! There are several hundred members, all educated, all scientist.

I started working at a strip club back in Aug 2006 as a waitress because I was curious about dancing.My friend who was a stripper recommended I should be a waitress to become familiar with the atmosphere before jumping into the sex industry.Working as a waitress frustrated me to watch strippers make more money then I did especially when the dancers are not half as good looking as I am.I met a guy who worked at the strip club who is now my boyfriend.We have been living with eachother since sept 2006.The first few weeks strange things would happen. One morning an angry voice had awoken me.He said”Tell him Im looking for him!” Another time I had went back to visit my mom over the weekend and while I was gone this new photo frame(of us) we had in my boyfriends room crashed down on the floor in the middle of the night waking everyone up in the house.A few weeks later my boyfriend decided to spill a secret he hasent told anyone because he didn’t want people to think he was crazy.He said he see these creature in the strip club we work at which I believe are demons but I am not sure.He describes them to me as skinny, bony sharpee(the dog) looking. Wrinkled with bird like feet.He says he sees them always behind people pulling a string of light.I personally don’t see anything in the club even when I try.He said there is also this guy who calls himself beyelzibub and comes only when there is a new dancer trying out.He looks large and hairy, my boyfriend says when he comes the other small creatures hide from him.This b bub guy is angry at my boyfriend because he said to him that he should interfere with the balance.He told him the other day at the club that he will assure my boyfriend I will be tempted by the flesh so he cant have me. I know all of this sounds crazy but if you believe our story please help us to understand who and what they are.I am more curious of what that string of light is.
