He doesn't deserve a lick of praise. Take a look around you and look at all the suffering in the world. Rape, murder, torture, war, famine, etc. God could stop all of that with the snap of a finger, but chooses not to. If there was a man who had the ability to stop the suffering in the world, but chose not to, we would hate him. So why is okay for God to be that way?

I bet you God gets off on our suffering. Up yours, God! No praise for you, you you insecure dope!

Adam and Eve ate fruit from the tree of the knowledge of good and evil. Before this happened, they didn't even know what evil was. So how could God punish them for something that was bad?

Therefore they cannot ovecome the burden of proof. Christians manipulated information at their disposal, but their process was not emough to close all gaps. In the process of excluding "undesired" books of history, they failed to realise that their Jesus Conspiracy theory will not remain unchallenged. Agree/Deny!

Do you think that a person can be a true Christian, but also believe in evolution?

Can't it be that evolution is just the handiwork or God? And that the story of Genisis is an allegory?

Millions of Christians have no problem accepting evolution, and still having faith in Christ. They believe in Chrisr, His ressurection, miracles, virgin birth, etc. But they also accept the science of evolution as the mechanism in which God has created the universe.

What do you think?

then this is who muslims believe in, the Creator. the holy ghost and jesus could not exist, b/c God would have to create them, why don't christians worship Him, the Original Creator, rather than indirectly through his prophet( or son, even,as you believe)? You can not say they all existed at once, b/c then no one created the other, but one had to be the Original.

I would love to get more links to websites that have more information and/or more reference material for these specific questions. I have done quite a bit of research at http://www.answersingenesis.org and also at Berkeley's site on evolution at http://evolution.berkeley.edu/

Please no ad hominem arguments. Let's try to stay on topic, as peacefully as possible, and stick to why you believe what you believe and supporting evidence. Thanks

To me it appears to be a terrifying vision of a US theocracy under the control of christian fundamentalists where 'morality police' would be dishing out 'divine justice' in a manner similar to the Afghan Taliban, including executions of gays, pro-choice supporters and so on.
