Why does mankind need to have a prophet or a messenger from God? Man is endowed with a mental ability by which he can distinguish between right and wrong. One can say that there is no need for heavenly guidance to tell him what to do or not to do.

Here's the thing; I'm going to give you two examples, and you're going to tell me why people screw up.

1.) kitsune is NOT fox DEMON! KITSUNE are fox MESSENGERS to the God/goddess INARI! WE SERVE HIM! Granted, some don't. But WE ARE NOT DEMONS.

2.) A Tanuki isn't a simple raccoon. NOR is it a WEASEL! (How do you get those two things confused? <.<;) A tanuki is simply a raccoon-dog. Nothing else works in describing it, so stop already!!!

3.) (This rarely happens, but occasionally...) Kami. Is. Not. Synonymous. To. Demon. It's closer to GOD THAN IT IS DEMON! <.<; It's really offensive to be asked what gods I pray to, say Inari-kami-sama (I occasionally throw the kami in) and have someone ask why I pray to a DEMON! =.= So please enlighten me as to why these mixups occur. Thanks.

Help me understand Natural Selection of Evolution theory. For example, if there was a predator attacking a human village and I was in love with a girl who couldn't run fast enough from the predator, I would dump her and look for a fast running girl? and our children would be fast runners. And the children we had that where slow we would abandon? and noboday would want to have offspring with them?

polytheism as the bedrock belief of his church.He developed this doctrine over a period of years to reflect his belief that not only are there many gods but they once were mortal men who had developed in righteaousness until they had learned enough and merited godhood,"Eternal progression" is the term used by LDS, and they refer to godhood as "exaltation.My point is how can LDS consider themselves Christian when they base their theology on the teachings of joseph smith whom mormons revere as the highest authority in their church...a man clearly guilty of hearsay when he stated"God himself was once as we are now, and is an exalted man,and sits enthroned in yonder heavens!" the general theory is that a good mormon man can be a God.Very strange theories for a Christian.....I guess the vast majority of Christians got it all wrong?, I think Jesus would not be pleased.God is eternal and infinatly perfect which one has to conclude he never was a man.I pray for you my brothers and sisters.
