There is a lot of preaching on the subject but how many men trulty wait to have sex after they get married to the woman they are dating? I know women are accountable to this and may even manipulate a man sexually but my main question is how many men really keep their boundaries out of self respect and respect for the woman? It seeems like no one lives to the standards anymore.

If we are created in God's image then in what image are extraterrestrials created in?

As far as we know, the universe is infinite with literally countless amounts of galaxies. You would be ignorant to not believe in life on other planets.

Also, does Religion believe in Extraterrestrials?

they have every good reason to believe their God is also the true God, they have a holy book like yours, they have a good story line, they have 'faith' (no evidence necessary)like you, why are you so sure that you have hit the right GOD?

I've noticed that some of you like to quote Pascal's wager (Pascal argued that it is a better "bet" to believe that God exists, because the expected value of believing that God exists is always greater than the expected value resulting from non-belief.).

Let me take that one step further. I buy your argument. Now my question becomes, which faith/God(s) should I choose to adhere to? Since I am hedging my bets let us look at it logically.

I will restrict myself to the main religions. I will discard Buddhism and Hinduism, since if I get it wrong with those guys I will be reincarnated so I can try again.

So, Christianity, Islam, and Judaism. Which to choose?

- Both islam and Judaism have strict rules about what you can eat. That is a 66% majority, so my bet is not on Christianity here.
- Christianity and Islam have Jesus/Mohammed. Since you disagree on who is what I should avoid the issue and go with Judaism and pray directly to god.

If you think Pascal was right: convert to Judaism.

i dont understand why people have to try and put down other peoples religous beliefs. i am LDS(mormon) and i am sick and tired of it. If you want to be christlike, then this is not the way to do it. mabey those who have nothing else better to do then tear down others beliefs, should rethink why they are doing this.

Since they will pray to Idols, ie the statue of Saint Mary, and it is in direct conflict with the second commandment and excommunicate members who marry out of faith, the bible states that a spouse is saved in marriage if married to one who is saved by the marriage in being joined as one, which indicates it has no forgiveness. In making this harsh judgment won't they be judged in the same manner?

When soldiers abuse prisoners or desecrate the Koran the world, Muslim and non-Muslim alike, lashes out at everything Western. When Saudi mutaween beat fifteen young girls to keep them inside a school where a fire is raging, then leave them to be trampled to death under the feet of 800 students, because they're not wearing headscarves and black robes...Silence.

And please don't tell me this isn't 'true' Islam because one, this isn't a discussion about Islam and two, this happened in MECCA...Islam Central.

just look around you, trees, bird, river, but where is God, maybe he can't be physically seen, but what about his voice, his touches, where is him? He is nowhere to be seen, no where to be found... he is no more real than Santa Clause

It is often stated that evolution is "just a theory". A scientific theory can be and usually is also a fact.

For example, the theory of electricity ( the existence of electricity is a fact )

The theory of flight ( the ability for planes to fly is a fact )

Gravitational theory ( that gravity exists is a fact )

The theory of evolution ( this is a fact in the sense that 1. The available evidence points to evolution having happened and 2. No-one has come up with a better scientific explanation to fit the evidence )

There may be minor changes to electrical, gravitational, evolution theory in the future, but the basic theories are true.

I would like to learn to develop my psychic ability and eventually become a professional psychic medium. Is there anyone out there already involved in this work that can advise me of a good place to start? Does anyone know of any psychic teachers or organisations near where I live? I live in South Wales, UK. I am very interested in this & have been for a while. I will be grateful for any information that you can give me.

Since nothing can travel faster than the speed of light, it would be virtually impossible for any alien civilization to reach us, since any closest would probably be at least more than 200 or 300+ light years away. Probably for the best, we would probably end up fighting with them, just like we fight and kill amongst ourselves, maybe why designed as such.
