BEFORE THAT EVENT, it says in St. John, chapter 14, verses 25 - 26, where Lord Jesus is speaking to his disciples before he's taken away and crucified, and he's telling them what shall be the signs of his second coming and what will happen before that -
'These things have I spoken unto you, being yet present with you. But the Comforter, which is the Holy Ghost, whom the Father will send in my name, will teach you all things, and bring all these things to your remembrance.'
So the Comforter is an actual person, and not any airy fairy thing floating about like a dove. The whole ethos has to be one based not on blind faith but on an actuality. Something has to happen to you, you have to have self knowledge, you have to feel different and better about yourself, and this difference must mean that you can achieve spiritual emancipation.
I've found that this website gives a better understanding and insight into spiritual development and preparation for spiritual life - http://www.sahajayoga.org

your question is not too well organized. If it is: "How would you recognize the being that will appear in the second coming" then it makes a little more sense.
Jesus Christ will come in power and glory and will be known to ALL.
It won't be our task to recognize Him. He WILL be recognized by ALL.
(today it is our duty to recognize and behold Him "in the Spirit")
god bless

He will be able to put an instant stop to the big war that will almost crush the nation of Israel. Read the prophecies! In Revelation it says his face will be like 'burnished brass' and will shine so brightly we won't be able to look at him. I think he will be so powerful, and it will be so 'blindingly' obvious who he is, there will be no room for doubt. All that stuff about him already being here is baloney. We won't mistake him.

By the perfection of the Word that streamed from His/Her mouth/pen and by the perfection of His/Her life.
“Verily I say, this is the Day in which mankind can behold the Face, and hear the Voice, of the Promised One. The Call of God hath been raised, and the light of His countenance hath been lifted up upon men. It behoveth every man to blot out the trace of every idle word from the tablet of his heart, and to gaze, with an open and unbiased mind, on the signs of His Revelation, the proofs of His Mission, and the tokens of His glory.
Great indeed is this Day! The allusions made to it in all the sacred Scriptures as the Day of God attest its greatness. The soul of every Prophet of God, of every Divine Messenger, hath thirsted for this wondrous Day. All the diverse kindreds of the earth have, likewise, yearned to attain it. …” -Baha'u'llah

Even if there is a second coming, I don't think it is as important as living faithfully in the here and now, listening to our inward teacher and living our way towards the perfection that has been promised us.

The second comming would have to be preceded by a first comming. On top of that, you would need to believe that a loving God would create beings on the Earth then kill them all in a gigantic flood. The Bible doesn't hold water...

There isnt going to be a second coming, there wasn't even a first one.
Its a very effective control mechanism, you believe in something just because the story has been around for so long.
Open your eyes to the conspiracy.

There is a vivid description of his second coming in the Holy Bible. Pretty easy to recognize. Fire coming out of his butt and all.

First, can you prove there will be a second coming, to even worry about?
Since I do not believe that Jesus was G-d, I do not believe there will be a second coming, and therefore will not be looking.
