Why generalize? I'm Muslim, I'm open to debate. I don't go around flag burning etc etc etc.

Not everything about Islam is bad-just like any other religion, cult, belief. No two Muslims in my opinion are the same either. I'm giving you the time of day to reply to your question-some may not showing the difference in Muslims.

As for Islam growing-if you are referring to the converts then surely its up to them if they choose to follow Islam? When most people convert they ask questions on the faith its practises etc etc. I'm sure they would make a balanced decision based on what they've read.

As for being thankful-yes we are. We're thankful we get given the platform to put the positives of our faith infront of others to see. Its up to everyone to form their own opinion on what they believe to be true etc etc etc.

You've asked me directly if my beliefs is the reason for why people who leave Islam are being killed? Huney, I know someone who's left Islam (very openly) and there alive and well. Again, that's generalising. Maybe it happens in certain countries were Islamic values are mixed with cultural power. It doesn't happen where I am and where most of my family are. That's not to say it doesn't happen at all-I'm saying It's not something I have seen or experienced. And I have a strong link to a Muslim country.

Some people are killed for what they believe in-and thats NOT just religion. In some countries not casting your vote for certain parties will get you killed. In other countries not giving your daughters hand in marriage to certain families will lead to a killing or three. Is this religion or culture?

At a time when the world has entered into a new millenium with religious turmoils ,disguised under different names, I AM REALLY ADAMANT THAT THIS CATEGORY SHOULD NOT EXIST ON THIS SITE.

We should aim at understanding each other rather than offering a site for highlighting our differences and hatred , already overdosed by the media.

At least the site ,if it is to continue to exist, should have ALL questions AND ALL answers cleared by a panel ,I suggest Isadora to be part of it, so as to express only Respect for personal RELIGION,CULTURE and LANGUAGE. No petty prejudices.

Best wishes .

Christians additionally protest although the media focusses on Muslims lots greater and there is so lots greater against Islam than the different faith. additionally Muslim is an extremely huge observe. If we purely appeared at a small area of u.s. lets say all individuals are racists or prostitutes although this could be unfair purely like your questions as maximum Muslims are keen to talk. and in reality all you're exhibiting is which you believe u.s. is above grievance that's hypocritical

Critiscism is acceptable and the prophet had told us that we should argue politely listen to others point of view and since we have very strong points for our religion criticism will only let others believein us more because it is a very moderate logic transparent religion. What we do not accept on us nor on any other religion is the insulting. You should never disrespect others or other peoples' symbols regardless of whether you believe in them or not so the insult will not be returned on your religion.

How is someone supposed to debate "respectfully" whether or not someone else's prophet was possibly a pedophile?

Just making the suggestion can be considered disrespect?

Well guess what? He married a 6 year old girl, that fact is not in dispute even from most muslims and most muslims know of a thing called thighing where a muslim man can rub his penis between his wife's legs as long as he does not penetrate her vagina and even if she is only 6 years old!

What about someone who would never think to drink urine of any kind? Well prophet mohamad drank camel urine often and that is not in dispute either. Tell me how can we discuss the merits of drinking camel urine in a respectful manner when we have such opposing views!

Not to mention that there is always some version of muslims always on the war path.

Criticism is good, the problem is how people choose to do it. You, especially, are known for your hateful comments and lack of respect towards Muslims. You are also known for having many Yahoo IDs so you can continuously ask the same questions that incite hatred and anger.
