Your faith is no faith and my faith is the wrong faith and I am evil for preaching love and forgiveness, right? Hang on, theres more. I am angry and mean because I want you to look at everyone equally. (christian or non-christian) I am ignorant about everything including the bible, because I did not actually see any of this happen right?Yet you may or may not believe in evolution, but you have never seen a person turn from a monkey to a man? Where am I wrong and why do you constantly point out the faults of others and not the ones within yourself.

I'm Christian, my friend is Jewish. His mom died yesterday and I was going to send flowers...however, I thought I remembered him telling me that Jews don't observe that tradition at funerals. Do I send anything? Nothing? and what about a sympathy card?

Most of the people who answered my question said that the rupture has no biblical basis, and I am inclined to agree. Then someone mentioned rapture spelled with an a. Would you people be more in favor of a rapture than a rupture, cause rapture brings with it the connotation of being enraptured. And that sounds like something I could get involved in. Any info at all would help.

To start up a new religion, for it to be recognised as a religion rather than a load of "vague thoughts and opinions of a mad and insane individual" what does it need? a certain amount of believers? a certificate? do you need a degree?! What you do you think would make a new religion successful in this day and age?

He was a brutal dictator but he was also a child of ALMIGHTY GOD who is the judge of all in the end. I dont support Tyrants but I also dont support the death penalty as an answer to such a political problem. He was a menace but he also was a human being with a soul.

If this is this case then why are you on this discussion board. Is it because you have systematically angered the religious people who actually have to live near you that you now have to actively seek people to spew you venom. Just asking. I don't know why your here.

I'm not talking about what happen thousands of years ago, or what someone did even just a few years ago. Today! I read nothing in the Bible that teaches hate, only love. As a Christian I hate no one, I don't teach hate. You have the right to do as you want, as long as you live in peace with those around you. So why do so many hate people for trying to live good, and teach their children to live a good life?

Most adults are living lives they never envisioned as young people. Almost exclusively worse. Nobody's living their dreams. Could this phenomenon, which is as old as mankind, be attributed to the need for faith - a desire for religion and a better afterlife?

And also, how did we escape from the millions of carnivorous creatures if we indeed 'coexisted' with the dinosaurs? How did any mammal survive? Talk about a leap of faith.....

Every year there are pilgrims injured or killed because too many are at the same time at the holy places, fulfilling the sacred rites. Has this always been like that? Is there a commandment for a certain date in the quran? Would a pilgrimage on another date be worth less or even worthless (note the difference!) ?

The whole idea of the rupture I find a little perplexing. I will have to check out what the Bible says, but even the Bible is open to interpretation.

I typed in rupture on the internet and hit SEARCH and didn't get much. Nevertheless, to be on the safe side my wife and I have bought an RV and we stay away from tall buildings.
