If you mean will he become a martyr, in some peoples eyes yes. If you wonder about an after life, I personally feel that it's a journey that he's on that only he can travel. I wouldn't like that journey as it isn't a path that I'd choose to take. If a country needs a dictator, they will find one in order to give them a feeling of security, if Saddam has left a vacuum regardless of his actions, that vacuum will be filled; if there is a degree of strength in the people of the country, they will survive and govern themselves without one.
