Dinosaurs where in the first earth age, no flesh man but in spirit bodies.
Gen 1:1 In the beginning God created the heaven and the earth.
Satan rebelled and 1/3 followed Satan.
God love His children and could not sentence them to perish.
Instead God destroyed the first earth age.
Gen 1:2 And the earth was without form, and void; and darkness was upon the face of the deep.
AND THE EARTH BECAME DESOLATE AND EMPTY
and darkness was upon the face of the deep.
A global flood and notice darkness was upon the "face" of the deep. The whole earth was in darkness. Ice age.
God's plan was for every soul to be born innocents through the womb.
And the Spirit of God moved upon the face of the waters.
Gen 1:3 And God said, Let there be light: and there was light.
This earth age.
As far as men dwelling in caves, that's fine. But the teaching of Neanderthals is fallacy and lies.
This is a very brief look.
I can go into more detail.
Write me mainworry@peoplepc.com and I will go into deeper detail of the sequence of events.

According to various scholars, the first five books of the Bible (known as the Pentateuch) were written down mainly by Moses, along with a few other authors (since Moses dies in Deuteronomy). Moses falls into Adam's lineage (about 25 generations later). When he told the story of creation in Genesis, he would have obviously gone back and told the story from his family's point of view. Also, notice the animals were created before Adam and Eve according to the first creation story (Genesis 1). These "days" cannot be proven to be a 24 hour period in which we know. For all we know, this could have been thousands of years between these as God carefully and perfectly made his creation (i.e., the years of the dinosaurs). The dinosaurs and other creatures could have been been wiped out by God (extinction) with new creatures put in their place (the ones we know today). "Cave men" could have come after the tower of babble incident, when the people of the world were scattered. According to the second creation story (Genesis 2), no animals are mentioned in creation. No time frame is mentioned either. Also, we can only assume that the garden of Eden was the only garden created, as the story was written from the perspective of Moses and his family.

Dinosaurs were created by God on the 6th day along with the other land animals and existed at least until the time of Job (see Job 40:15-41:34)
Cavemen were around after the events at the tower of Babel in Genesis chapter 11. After the languages were confused, people scattered and divided into language groups. These later developed into the ethnic groups of the world. During this time, some groups lived in caves. These were regular people, not the ape-man science presents us.

The cave man as taught by schools never existed. There is no fossil record to prove it. Some of the skulls were found to be frauds also. There is no such thing as a missing link.
You can go into the Bible an read Jesus' lineage all the way back to Adam in Luke 3:23 also. The Dinosaurs lived prior to Adams time on the earth.
Hope I was of some help?

What age is your "kid"? Isn't a "kid" a young goat?
Basically, teach your child that there are different OPINIONS about dinosaurs. The term, the "name", dinosaur was first used in 1841.
Teach him the Bible clearly mentions very large creatures -- behemoth, leviathan, and tanniyn. These would have originally been named by Adam.
Also teach him that schools think dinosaurs lived and died out many years before Adam. Teach him that answering questions on texts/exams at school is NOT to say what he believes; rather, to show that he learns and remembers what the schools teach.
example: In High School I had a Social Studies teacher who taught us that the "Grand Canyon" is in Colorado. I had been to it; I knew it was in Arizona. However, if it had been a question on an exam I would have said something to the effect that we were taught in class that it is in Colorado.

The scriptures have a SPIRITUAL meaning beyond the words. Tell him nothing and let him learn reality. If/when he asks how it fits w/Adam/Eve tell him that the bible is based on faith and Adam and Eve symbolize mankind in this way... JUST DO YOUR BEST lest your child be one more conned and confuse individual thereby assuring continuity of the Christian dilemma and another 1000 years of confused Christians.
if you think you can teach the kid that adam.eve is real and the dinosaurs are not you are kidding yourself.

I see no reason not to believe in the dinosaurs, they are just extent now.
As for the cave man, I have never read anything in the bible about so called cave men. There may have been men living in caves. I have been in one that the Indians lived in. That doesn't make them "cave men". They were just men living in a cave.
Teach your child that everything he learns is school isn't always true. He will certainly learn this in collage. If he is a christian, there will be many things he will not believe but will have to write an answer to so he will pass.

The scriptures do say There were giants in the land(genesis) and Adam and eve had many many children so How do we know that some of them were not, umm, 'imperfect?"They probably had the same genetic quarks that we still see today, Downs Syndrome,
Dwarfism, etc,.,And weren't dinosaurs great? Their decay allowed us the use of fossil fuels which was a benefit to man until we raped and abused this resource.

From what I have learned growing up as in a christian family. Only out of denial and or ignorance will they choose to not believe that dinosaurs or cavemen are not authentic proof of origins of the life that we have now. It's really a walk of faith against factual tangible evidence. Will we ever be able to prove that adam and eve ever existed? or how could two beings populate the entire planet? You have to decide wheather you want to sheild your child from the truth or give him or her something devine to believe in.Your the Parent, the knowledge your child receives is currentl in your hands.
