Am I wrong for choosing to try to serve God on my own? I don't feel comfortable around alot of people. I feel like I have an ultra sensitive radar that detects every single evil thing about a person. I don't like it. I don't want to be judgemental. But no matter how hard I try: I can't turn the radar off! I don't try to be this way! Nor do I want to be like this! But it can drive you nuts! Cause you begin looking at everything others do!, instead on focusing on Jesus. I guess I'm a sensitive person. Easily offended and easily ready to defend others! I hate it when people make fun of the less fortunate, the poor, and those with disabilities! I makes me so so so angry! I know all Christians don't do that. But I had my share of bad experiences with these kind of people in the church I used to attend. I'm currently laid off drawing unemployment and have time to think! Which doesn't help either! Why is it so hard for me to not be so paranoid?

When was our current pagination system added to the Bible?

Pagination refers to the numbering of pages in a document (an in case of the Bible, verse numbers, too).

It is said that all three religions can trace roots to Abraham and they all acknowledge Moses. Most of all, they all believe in one God. Despite these commonalities, history has proven brutal to the present day. Do you see a day when we all get along or is this impossible?

I am a Baptist that has married into a catholic family and I so totaly don't get this Virgin Mary obsession. I would like to hear from all parties as to the importants of Mary and if the catholic worship of her is founded and why. I want Biblical text to back up what you have to say.

wouldn't you just eventually become numb to it? and then... based on relativity.. you would develop new ideas of what happy is...? I mean... what purpose OVERALL would eternal damnation even serve?

and.. this is more of a philosophy question, so religious zealots, please spare me your mundane preaching. think for yourself! don't quote the bible, I have one and I can look up anything i need. I would rather hear real ideas and opnions !

David Pilbeam, a Harvard University paleoanthropologist, says:
"If you brought in a smart scientist from another discipline and showed him the meagre evidence we've got he'd surely say, "forget it; there isn't enough to go on."

And William Fix, the author of an important book on the subject of paleoanthropology, makes this comment:
'As we have seen, there are numerous scientists and popularizers today who have the temerity to tell us that there is 'no doubt' how man originated. If only they had the evidence.'
