There appear to be a few films out there focusing on Mother Teresa and her life, or at least her works.
One is by the name of "Mother Teresa: In the Name of God's Poor", and another is "Madre Teresa" (or otherwise known as "Mother Teresa of Calcutta").
The latter film, "Madre Teresa", appears to possibly focus a bit more on her life, while both films do seem to be a worthwhile view if you're interested.

I don't think so, but there are documentaries that include some of her works and charities.
