How long will people continue in their ignorance regarding the Immaculate Conception?

It is about Mary's conception---------------NOT about JESUS'.

I'm always uncomfortable singing in church, especialy when I don't know many of the songs and can't sing very well. I want to sing praises to God, but at the same time, I don't want to annoy or scare the people around me when I sing off key and say the wrong words. What do you think I should I do?

Let us suppose that there is other life out there, tons of life. Probably that life will look very different than us. And let's say that perhaps some species even share a human belief of a God or deity. That "their" God created their race in their God's own image. So now, the alien's God looks completly different than our "human" God. What happens if one day by chance, our species meet. We say, "God looks like we do!" And they say the same thing in their language. "God looks like we do!" Who is right, since you can't physically prove what God looks like.

If xx = women and you need a y chromosome to make a male, and God created Jesus through asexual conception. If a women reproduces without the help of a man wouldn't she have a girl?(xx)=(xx). So was she really a virgin? Or did God break his own law of reproduction! Please logical answers only......

I know that agnosticism is technically a belief that the existence of god can be neither proved nor disproved and that atheism is a belief that god does not exist, but wouldn't someone who identifies himself an agnostic not believe in god and therefore really be an atheist?

My mom asked me this question while I we were sitting in the car and she was running her mouth.

If GOD said you could ask him one question, what would it be?


I immediately replied:

I'd ask God to give me the details and blueprints on how I could build a Faster than Light transportation device, possibly that would bend spacetime so that I could slip through from any one point to any other point in the entire universe. What would you ask?

She was stumped and took a minute to figure out what I just said. I think she'd ask him what god want's her to do with her life or something like that.

When Peter was asked point blank "What must I do to be saved?" He answered : "Repent and be baptized every one of you in the name of Jesus Christ for the remission of sins, and you shall receive the gift of the Holy Ghost." Acts 2:38
This is not the teaching of the Catholic Church.
If they claim Peter as their first pope, then they clearly changed the message, and the Bible warns against that!

i find myself constantly lying to my parents so i can party and i know these things are wrong and it makes me feel sick with guilt, i feel like a horriable chirstain. i want to have a good realtionship with God but, i find myself "wanting the best of both worlds"... if that makes any seanse. Has anyone else felt this way and how did you over come it?
