Murder is a legal term. No it is not murder to do any of the things you mention. Murder is the taking of a human life for reasons which are not legally sanctioned. Just because it is not murder does not end the inquiry. There are situations where killing is justified and situations where it is not. Whether it is or not depends on how you feel and what you really believe. Humans are omnivores. We are capable of eating animal meat or plant life. Nevertheless, there is something that I believe suggests to us that killing without necessity is just wrong. All life should be respected. This is just a hunch or a feeling from the gut.

If we weren't supposed to eat animals, why are they made of meat?
Seriously, all creatures live on death. It's the way of the world. Even eating vegetables, you are killing them to consume them. It's a choice people have to make. I like meat, and I know where it comes from. I just don't want anyone to tell me that their choice is better than mine. Leave others to their otherness.

it's not murder to kill anything that is living. in fact God told us that He gave us all living animals as meat, cause we need the protein and stuff that's found in their meat. and it's self defense to kill a dangerous or threatening animal/insect/creature.

Yes it is a murder... But I see you have no doubts when it comes to killing "idiots" and giving "labels" without even knowing somebody..... I assume you've killed few flies and spiders already... Therefore, you fit to be called "a killer"
