Or is it a vestigial organ from our evolutionary past when our primate ancestors were pure vegetarians and it served a digestive purpose then?

In order to be fair, I've decided to insult the atheists.

Atheists - you're all godless and immorral and going to hell (AND IM COMING WITH YOU)

Does this satisfy the good Christians who have been emailing me complaining that I'm too harsh on Christianity? There, I've used my powers to insult the atheists. Is it all fair now? Is this not justice?

Because as of yet, NO such proof or evidence exists. And before you start spouting platitudes, remember these simple things;
Referring to the bible is NOT proof. Ok? Any book that says that Rabbits "chew thier cud" or that bats are "unclean birds" is NOT a credible source. Remember that.
Secondly, inane explanations along the lines of "look at the world or the universe that's proof enough" is also NOT a credible line of reasoning.
If there were such a creator, and you say that evidence and proof abounds, then it should be a trivial matter to provide such evidence shouldn't it?
Be warned though, I will laugh my **** off at anyone who clearly hasn't read the above conditions.
Go ahead, I'll be checking frequently and responding swiftly.

Why do you think the hijab oppresses Muslim Women??
I CHOOSE TO WEAR IT!! (and no one forces me) I love to wear my hijab..and think it is very beautiful because I wear beautiful coloured scarfs..

We wear the hijab because the Quran recommends it..and we like to be modest. No one forces us..The Quran says that there is no compulsion in religon...

Hijab..does not stop me from doing anything, I can work, go to school, do sport in it....

Why does wearing a mini skirt (and worrying about celiute on my thighs!!!) make me more free??

i never imagined that something like this would happened.
i lost $700 at betting, i can't pay it and now bouncers are looking for me to pay up the debt or else, they'll beat me up.
i spent $1000 from my mom's savings and now that maybe she has found it out. because she text me, she wrote "I've asked the bouncers to look for you and beat you up or maybe you should be jailed now."
i used my brother's credit card about $200 to pay some of the debt and he's so pissed off that he'll be ready to slap me if he meet me.
what should i do?
i really missed my mom, but i'm too scared to meet her, i'm so sad that i cannot be the son like she wanted.
by the way this is the first time i place a bet, and $100 in Indonesia is a large sum which represents a month average salary for people here.
even doing bets will make my mom's angry and to make everything worse, now her savings are all drained up.
even God Himself would be disappointed
now in my hand i hold a can of insecticide, my shortcut

I want to ask a question. A really serious heart wrenching question.
I want an answer from someone spiritual that has studied and prayed and been through pain and forgiveness issues in their own lives.

Rabbi Isaac Mayer Wise, the man who created Reform Judaism in America, & who eulogized the fallen Abraham Lincoln, began his eulogy with these words..." Brethern, the lamented Abraham Lincoln believed himself to be bone from our bone & flesh from our flesh. He supposed himself to be a descendant of Hebrew parentage. He said so in my presence."

because they think that it sounds far fetched and too coincidental, but have no problem in believing some magical force created the world in 6 days, inspired people to write the Bible, divinely impregnated a virgin to have his son who later died on the cross to apparently give salvation to those who believed in them.

Which one is really harder to believe?

I've been around the Middle East, and known a few Muslims. I've even shot a few when I had to. My question is, what do you think about Islam and freedom, as well as western culture? Is the religion of Islam truly a peaceful religion that can coexist with the west? I already have my own beliefs that I've formed after researching Islam and reading portions of the Koran, but I want to know what other people think.

I believe that when we are born...we are born already missing something. We spend our whole lives trying 2 fill that void from trying 2 gain acceptance from fello man 2 lying your way around & 2 doing drugs even. What is missing is whatever u might call the "High Power(s)" in your opinion. So many different things in this world are simply there & are very distracting. So distracting infact, we may not realize how far off the road we've been lured. I don't think there is a real "Devil" or "Satan"... I believe that we all have that same thing within us since we all know the difference between right and wrong and we all have the power within us to take either route 100% if we wanted to. The "Higher Power(s)" have equal love for us all, love we could have even given 2 each other! The fact is...when we know what's up/down, right/left, in/out, forward/backward... we get selfish. We all at one point may have probably wanted to be the "King of the Mountain" Too bad that........................

well for me God is undescribe-able, a much bigger than our capacity of mind...
God is all the universe.. The millions galaxy out there.. and everything in this world... God is all and all are God...
God is the big bang, the love, the void, everything !
take a look a picture of our galaxy compared with all other galaxies..

why the more i read this Y!A, i'm getting a definition of God is like somehow a human figure ? a father ? a king ? all-loving but can angry.. i don't know.. a like superior human being ? creator of us ?
imagine this..
if you watched thousands ants walking in your garden.. you can drop them some biscuit or you can shower them with water..
why the God concept i got here a bit like above ...

what i believe is.. we just can't describe God.. it's too big to handle for our mind...
