that is one of the oldest jokes ever told in the bible and no we as humans have the same number of ribs as female and male but dont take my word for it look at it from a scientific aprouch as well since it does say we are created equaly with the same of every thing except the sex drives

YES! It clearly states in the Bible that God made woman from man and that God put Adam to sleep and from his rib he made woman.
