If God is perfect, then why did he say in the bible that only he is perfect.

No, mankinds "flaw"(sinful nature) is not a perfection. It also isn't God's fault that we are sinners, it's ours.
I'm not really sure what you're asking. Maybe you should re-think your question.

This is a paradox of Christianity; if God is perfect, why aren't humans perfect?

Some might say that this is a reason to why God does not exist.

Others say that this world and its beings are the in greatest possible condition (e.g. perfect), but it is not apparant.

It is quite a conundrum.

I'm rather confused by the statement you keep cutting and pasting, that goes something lie "question the bible and question yourself" - do you mean to say that questioning is wrong?

If our remarkable minds are our greatest gifts that set us apart from all the other species on the planet, shouldn't we make use of that mind? Make use of our ability to reason, question, doubt, ponder, think, and all around swish things around in our minds?

If not, don't you think that *not* making use of that gift would be a waste of that gift?
