Since there were three witnesess' to the fact, and the Bible says you need three to prove something, then it is true. If you read the Bible, you will find that in the beginning, God, the Father; Jesus, the Son; and the Holy Spiirt were there when this took place. Now you may want to call God a liar, His Son, or the Holy Spirit....but I wouldn't want to. You are held accountable for calling Him a liar. And even the Roman guard realized Jesus was the Christ. And he was not a "believer" in God until then. And when he said this he realized he was a party to all that had happened. But if you will read the warnings about tampering with "The Word Of God", maybe you will see more clearly. Even a gambler would rather err to his good in a card game. Why not err to your good and believe in Jesus? Are you willing to bet your life and a lifetime in hell to what you " think is correct ?" And belief is not hard, you use belief every day? Are you horrified by that? Do you honestly "believe you will wake up each day. that the floor will be there when you put your feet over the edge of the bed, do you believe that when you ask a question on line here that you will get answers to your questions?"
Yes, I believe The Word is True and Faithful. God, Jesus and the Holy Spirit agree on this too. Read the Bible. Oh, and by the way; even when you don't believe in Him, He believes in you.

I do!
I believe God created the world out of nothing... soI have no problem believing He created Even from Adam's rib. It's interesting that it's the rib and not the head or the food. He made Eve to be equal to Adam thereby creating her from a part of Adam in his midsection...
It's an interesting illustration my wife told me about last night, as a matter of fact.

First let's establish that God doesn't lie.
Titus 1:2 In hope of eternal life, which God, that cannot lie, promised before the world began;
Genesis 2:21-22 And the LORD God caused a deep sleep to fall upon Adam, and he slept: and he took one of his ribs, and closed up the flesh instead thereof; And the rib, which the LORD God had taken from man, made he a woman, and brought her unto the man.
Either you believe what God says or you don't. I believe what God says.

Scientists have succeeded in creating a twin from DNA extacted from living or even dead animals.Have you not heard about Dolly? And but for legal prohibition they would have successfully brought out a human twin also. In fact , some doctors in other countries where the ban is not applicable have claimed that they have succeeded in this venture.I had always wondered about the Biblical story of eve being fashioned out of Ada's rib. God could as well has created her from nothing. When I learnt of the above-mentioned scientific experiments my respect for the Scriptures was enhanced.The biblical story shows at least a rudimentary knowledge of the minimum requirement for bringing out a new life. Not that I believe the biblical version verbatim but I was impressed by the biological acumen thereof.

Yes, I believe it! As God created all things, and Science is a way to know how truly great God is! God created man in his image, and created Eve from Adam's rib. You know as a matter of fact it takes MORE faith to believe that he is NOT, than he IS!

I do. Made from the rib, so he would keep her close to his heart, under his loving arm for protection, and from his side, to remind us to stand next to one another in all things, not to try to dominate your mate, but to be partners.
