Maybe better than you expect to be treated or
worse than you want to be treated. WHY?

My husband thinks that it is unethical to go out for drinks (don't have to be alchoholic) with my coworkers an hour early on Friday. It is a celebration for a prosperous year. I'm afraid by not going that it could look bad for me. What do you all think?

we have asked our roommates to pick up their trash and stuff, but they rarely do. What can we do to solve this problem? I'm going to start putting all their crap on their bed, or stack it in front of their door, is that wrong?

I am known for being quite funny but I want to make a decent speech and not make a fool of myself. My other half has a wicked sense of humour and I know she'll be pleased with anything I say but I want to make it a good one. Help !!

My neighbors' kids keep walking through my yard as shortcut. I was raised that this was rude; but worse yet, they drop trash and break tree limbs. I've tried asking them to please not walk through my yard for the past year, with no result other than getting cussed out by a rude little 17 year old girl. Their parents have been totally unhelpful. Anyone have any suggestions, or am I just stuck trying to patch up my trees and picking up their garbage? I live in a subdivision with a homeowner's association. Should I contact them, or just buy a large airhorn and blast them everytime they walk through?

I was taught that if you are writing a business letter to a married couple that the proper way to address it is, for example, "Mr. & Mrs. Joe Smith", using the husband's first name only. I have also been trained that even widows will continue to use the husband's name when the prefix "Mrs." is attached. It is important I get an expert's answer on this. No gut reactions or guesses, please. I need the correct professional business/formal answer. If you have a source you can name, I'd really appreciate it. Thank you

My wife and I went to eat breakfast at Burger King. Two old guys came to us and he wants my wife's hairs for fixing his gun. I feel so weird about this kind of requests. What should we do ? Do we just don't care anything and give my wife's hair to him or ignore it. Thank you very much for your advices.

I have a group of friends who always go out to a resteraunt for their birthdays. This is how they celebrate it. However, they expect people to pay their own way at the party. And, also they expect people to pay for the birthday person. My friend are in their late twenties and early thirties. Now, my grandmother thinks this is poor manners she thinks the birthday person should pay for everyone because he or she is the host or hostess. Is what my grandma said is true? Is this considered poor manners?

I was at the salon i usually go to (im 19 btw),and the owner asked me if i could give this lady and her son a ride home because they couldn't get in touch with the person that was going to give them a ride. so i said ok. and i drove them home and she asked me to come in and have a drink (not alcoholic, just coke lol), so i said ok. and we were talking and looking at her wedding pictures. and her son was adorable, so i said i could SO babysit sometime! I dont think i would've seriously babysat, but i was just making conversation. so we talked some more, and i left her my name and cell number, cuz i thought it was polite? i called my dad and told him what happened, and he was like, you're so stupid to give out your number and go in this strange ladys house. y'all agree?
